Quinley is quite comfy in the spotlight ... even danced on tippy-toes for us, which our camera lens loved!

Tippy is back from his London adventure. He had lots to talk about and really enjoyed his time in Selfridges window but after the long journey home he was ready for a cuppa.

I adore this one.

at Scarborough (Queensland) boat harbour, a seagull tippy-toes across the rocks

I'm not sure on the name of this butterfly? It was very quick to flit off!

Ever since I saw a film about them, I am intrigued by the story of the monobloc chair and its worldwide success.

A whole, empty terrace with them in Rionero in Vulture did catch my attention.

Also, that one table that's a big higher and of different colour.

Good exercise for the neck muscles too, why are the tastiest leaves always just that little bit out of reach?

This seems to be some kind of Xanthotype (pronounced "Zan-tho-tippy") moth per bugguide.net/node/view/252. Xantho is from a Greek word for yellow.

Found under some brush by the bike trail in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

It's been awhile since Sasha flew. She's all tuckered out now.

This is the tippy section on 7 Mile Rim. From this angle it looks very moderate. From up on top, though, it looks much worse.

I remember driving this the first time and thinking it looked pretty scary. Now, after having the Jeep for such a long time - and have driven this trail half a dozen times - I think nothing of it. Besides, there is much harder stuff to come.

What you do after too many Bloody Caesars! LOL My sisters feet are so cute & tiny (the foot on the left)!

Paton's Tippecanoe Gardens on Big Tippecanoe Lake (located near North Webster, Indiana).

My little Winnie Dee Ai, she's moved on to a new home. Too many Tinies! ^^; But she's such a darling. <3

Shot through the tippy top of a double paned window, I caught this squirrel eating sourwood seedpods.

B on her tip toes :)

Tucson is in a severe drought that has lasted for twenty years or so. Water is too expensive me to water these Italian cypress trees. In addition, one of my two pine trees has died. I expect the other one will die soon.

I intend to replace these trees and the citrus trees in my front yard with native desert trees including palo verde and mesquite trees.

Woke up feeling not so hot today. Haven't done a whole lot besides lounge on the couch. Which sucks, because I was going to run this morning. Now I'll have to run tomorrow and Sunday to keep on schedule. But whatever, the tummy and head are achey and icky and told me to rest today. So I apologize for the lack of effort on my shot today.

These are the brick steps that lead down onto the patio at my parents' house. These steps and the patio they lead to just scream summer to me. When I was a little girl, I basically spent every second of the summer playing outdoors in the backyard and I always loved the way the hot concrete felt under my feet. My parents have completely redone the inside of the house, including adding on a library for my dad, but the patio and yard are virtually identical to what they were when I was young. There's something so comforting about that.
