“Time is a sort of river of passing events, and strong is its current; no sooner is a thing brought to sight than it is swept by and another takes its place, and this too will be swept away.”

Not the act of reading (as reading a book), but my city of Reading (pron. 'redding') in Royal Berkshire. As shops close and crowds slowly walk away, Broad Street looks and feels even more timeless...

Euphemism for "As we have no idea what to do today, let's pretend this thing from the past fits perfectly, especially after adding some classical patina to it"
Is this cheating ?
Of course not
Not according to the rules I make up

And it's just meta enough

My aunt and uncle.
They're the most active octogenarians you'll ever meet - they like to travel and do little things like bike across China. ....They've been married for so long that they've lived in the same house for over 50 years. And they really are this affectionate after all those years. It's kind of wonderful.
Timeless
Love is a cure
A promise
Still so pure
Rise like the tide
No need to hide it
Fearless
Just like before
Oh, here we go
They're all waiting for a cure
Breathe in
And let go
I have seen
How you crawl
Let go and hover
Still changing colors
But nothing
Can break this call
Oh, here we go
They're all waiting for a cure
Oh, here we go
They're all waiting for a cure
Though this is in the comments of the last photo, i've decided to add some text and upload it because i like it so much.
A street scene in an alley of the medina in Rabat (Morocco).
The medina of Rabat is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and reflects the layered history of the city through its architecture and daily life.
Built during the 12th century, it is enclosed by sturdy walls and entered through gates.
The medina is known for its traditional markets, the narrow streets, the mosques and artisan workshops.

Hass + 80mm + FP4+ in Rodinal 1:25 for 9:00 minutes.
I think that FP4+ is too contrasty to use on box speed in these conditions. I should reduce the development time by maybe 10-15%. Last time I've developed in Rodinal 1:25 for 8:30, and the highlights were much more controlled.
