VARADERO, Matanzas, Cuba.
- Varadero is located on the Hicacos peninsula, 130 kilometers east of Havana, on the north coast of Cuba. December 15, 1887 is the official date of the founding of Varadero.
- Varadero est située sur la péninsule de Hicacos, à 130 kilomètres à l'est de La Havane, sur la côte nord de Cuba. Le 15 décembre 1887 est la date officielle de la fondation de Varadero.

Sometimes we have a chance for participate to that special moment. This incredible sky surprised and enchant us in Zadar, Croatie.
A moment later, the sun was down and I was left in the dark. However, the desired shot was in the bag and the feeling of being on the set of the "Flintstones" had passed. People were playing in the evening light, the horizon was brilliant, and nature had once again delivered a pleasing composition.
The suns low level rays where now dancing across the stone tops. In doing so, its golden light also delineated the bottom right leaving the appearance of a large footprint. Was this the infamous Flintstones rock quarry? Or, was I just fortunate enough to find a timeless moment?

It was an adventure that she couldn't believe finally turned into a reality. She excitedly bounced down the street, humming a tune while heading towards the coffee shop they agreed to meet at.
Her form bumped into someone as she was turning into the other street.
"Oh sorry!"
"You!?" he exclaimed.
"Oh my god! YOU!" she exclaimed back and went to glomp him.
What a lucky encounter. Which isn't surprising since most things don't really go according to plan. It was nice to be in the presence of a long time friend. At last!
"I can't believe we bumped into each other half way."
"I know right, so typical of us. Let's go get some coffee!" she exclaimed.
"I have a better idea!" he said.
And that is how they spent the day chilling in jammies, watching movies and drinking home brewed coffee.
Just like that, time passed by so quickly. Plenty more simple adventures to strengthen their friendship through the years.
The time gaps didn't matter for not even the breaking dawn or the moon hidden within the clouds can dictate how timeless their friendship has been.
P.S. I have known him since 2009. I started off SL in a weird way but meeting him made my SL so bright (hilarious to be honest xD those days just gesture spamming and running around like silly noobs). Even if there were months we did not talk, whenever we did talk again, it was like no time has passed. To feel that way with someone especially in a medium like SL is a blessing. What was amazing is through the years our friendship transitioned more into RL. I will forever treasure our timeless friendship.

Pemaquid Point is one of the most popular lighthouses in Maine.
Its keeper from 1869-1873, Marcus A. Hanna, is the only man ever awarded both highest military and civilian decorations for heroism presented by the United States, the Medal of Honor and the Gold Lifesaving Medal. He earned the former at Port Hudson, Louisiana during the Civil War in 1863, as a sergeant in the 50th Massachusetts Infantry, and the latter in 1885, while serving as head light keeper at Two Lights in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.
