My primera prueba de fotografía de intervalo.

My first time lapse.

A timelapse in a country I love, Brazil. Little advice for your timelapes, use an ND filter and use a fairly long exposure time, you will see much better the movement of water, people, clouds

A year in a minute.

It's more like a minute and 45 seconds. I took a photograph from the loft of my house in Minnesota every day in 2021 (OK, I missed five days) and then put them together in a timelapse video. It's not perfect, but I'll never do it again so this is as good as it gets.

Time flies like an arrow, but fruit flies like a banana.

Timelapse light climbing

The low clouds going to the right are the trade winds coming from the east. The winds were constant for almost 2 weeks. The High clouds going to the left is the jetstream/front that was passing.

It was late in the day and the sun was going behind the clouds, so many people were leaving the beach.

Tengo ya plan de mejorarlo, este intento fue totalmente improvisado

This is just a quick timelapse for lensman333. It was shot with a Ricoh G600 at the roundabout of Anzac Hwy. in Glenelg, South Australia.

Mostly to try out the intervalometer in my point-and-shoot, I shot this little timelapse video during Sunday Drive 81 on December 11, 2011.

I used my Gorillapod to attach the camera to the headrest posts of the passenger seat, and set the intervalometer to take one picture every 20 seconds, for 120 pictures. Then I drove into the town of Manitou Beach, found the road across the salt lake was closed, wandered around a bit and found some other places to stop and poke around, and eventually ended up back on Highway 365 north of LIttle Manitou Lake.

I think this gives an impression at least of what it's like to be on a Sunday Drive with me - bad roads, semi-random explorations, lots of stops to get out and take pictures.

Sometime around 22:00 we returned to the work site and photobombed the time lapse.

Time lapse of star trails and Milky Way rising over the old store ruin at Ft. Griffin State Historical Site.

I think with the slower sped the framing isn't too much of an issue because you can see the subjects actions easier. I think its interesting for this one because they sort of forgot that the camera was on and acted completely candid. I think having them sat down rather than expecting them to stand around acting 'natural'.

Oblique lighting, 40x, 10x eyepiece, 50mm through eyepiece lens used.

My first timelapse

Taken during the afternoon of Melbourne Cup 2010 (November 2nd), roughly 12:45 - 20:00.

Flemington Racecourse is very slightly left of center of the frame, but not in view.

Initial frames are 45 seconds apart, then 30 seconds and finally 15 seconds.

Black dots are mostly helicopters which were filming the races during the afternoon.
