Note the white port extending from the right of the switch. The switch gas will be fed in here. The black wire extending from below the switch is an alternative path to ground.
Today's photo is actually a whole load of photos, together in a (very) brief time-lapse - a little teaser of something I am working on. Could be a while before it's ready, but this is a few wee clips from this morning's shooting.
One of the first timelapse tests, aiming to get the variables right. Might turn into a project in the near future.
Shot on the beach by the Brighton Pier, using a Nikon D300.

Timelapse from roughly 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 15 second intervals. Too fast for clouds, needed more like a 2-5 sec interval.

I let this beautiful sunset sneak up on me. I looked out the window today to realize an opportunity was being missed. Thankfully I am ready to roll out and timelapse at a moments notice.

Scratch League Bowling
My ankle was still jacked up so I didn't bowl again. I decided to hang out anyway and support my team.
Brought the Canon TX1 w/ CHDK, attached it to a GorillaPod SLR, and mounted it to the bench seat.
Ended up with around 430 photos within a span of an hour. Resized and set framerate to 15fps w/ VirtualDub.
Edited with Sony Vegas and rendered to 720P 6Mbps WMVHD.

This is my first finished timelapse ever! Quality got worse after being exported like 8 times but im still happy with it. Let me know what you think :)
