To capture life in a photograph can be fleeting.

We snap the world in an instant and in another instant we can quickly forget what was.

I returned to locations where instances I captured have changed.

To re-photograph the areas and present there development alongside there previous state, prompts a connection between what once was and what now is.

Within this double photo we stand in between time.

In our home office. It used to be in the kitchen. The previous owners left it for us - very nice!

Sunset at Huntington Beach.

I've been a ghost.

I've been a question.

I've been a mirror,

a poor reflection.

With this whole daylight savings thing I've been really sleepy all the time. That is, all the time except at night when I want to go to sleep. My body needs to realize what time it actually is.

Time Changes, peopple Changes, and cars too

the clocks go back this weekend in Europe, next weekend in the US

(and probably on Monday in the Frankfurt Lufthansa lounge, when the

right staffer shows up)

It's 5pm - and it's dark - need I say more...

A deep fine electronic minimal techhouse tune for your ears

Here at the PD, we're right on top of the time change!

Ugh...the time changes tonight. Had fun playing with my camera today, though, and trying to figure out all the settings. No gloves today with the temps reaching 80 F. so I could actually manage the buttons and dials. I have a lot to learn, but at least I'm starting to catch on to some of it.

sooc, so don't mind the mascara flakes and cheeky smile.

i adore the lighting at dusk. with the time change, the sun's remnants glow directly into my window, lighting my desk area beautifully.

i could get used to this kind of light.

This is the third screen you must enter in order to manually change your clock for daylight savings time. On this screen AUTO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME is set to OFF and AUTO TIME ZONE by GPS is ON. Then use the appropriate hour and or minute buttons to adjust the time.

This is the screen you see when pressing the SET UP button. From this screen press the '4' at the top right to get to SET UP SCREEN: 4.

They say that time changes things but actually we have to change them ourselves. After all it is we who set the time!

Looked everywhere too...

on a side note...is it:

"a hour"

or

"an hour"

?!?!

Ducky is changing his clock before he forgets.

Funny that I found this sign just as I was indeed running late to work! I felt so tired this morning!

It's 5:30 PM and time for me to head home to the office...how am I supposed to muster the motivation to workout when it's dark out already?!
