Silly Nutsac. He has passed out on the air mattress. Let's just let him sleep there.

Joe and Nutsac work together to patch the air mattress with duct tape.

Nutsac! Stop assaulting that poor boy!

The best way to follow up a night of boozing in DuPont Circle is brunch with Lorrie and Joe.

Ahhhhhh, cappucino! Nutsac is now happy and peaceful. Until the caffeine kicks in.

Nutsac receives CPR. It's nice to have good friends.

Here is Nutsac the Ikea Squirrel. He started in a place called Washington, DC.

Here is Nutsac drunk-dialing a friend. That is what happens sometimes when you drink beer.

Vitamin C is good for the hungover body! Nutsac drinks orange juice.

Nutsac brings butter for the table. Thanks, Nutsac!

Nutsac performs a public service. What a helpful squirrel he is.

Nutsac goes on Google on Joe's cell phone to look up hot squirrel chicks.

Nutsac likes martinis, too. Especially when they have cherries on the bottom.

The best way home for a drunk squirrel is a taxi cab. Even if DC taxis are very very expensive if you cross zones. Nutsac, we're almost home. Wake up!

Nutsac! Be careful with that martini!

Nutsac has fallen in the candle. Oh dear.

Nutsac checks out the damage. This one's on the squirrel!

So, my husband is at work and I'm in our home office. Then THIS began. I had NO idea this clock did this. I hope I remember next time change. Yes I was scared, and yes I screamed but only for a few seconds. Long enough to feel really stupid though.

"I think I understand," said the goat.

"The sun doesn't come up because the cock crows, the cock crows becasue the sun comes up."

"Pooh!" said the cow. "ANYBODY can do THAT."

Thoughtful Sunday @ The Little Red Hen

Time for bed. Why does Nutsac need duct tape?

I was surprised to see L516 before dark today, usually setting the clocks back marks the end of daylight visits. I was also surprised to see CP power on the point. There has been a little of everything this year but no CP recently. Trailing is UP 8540. Grungy power on a grungy day. November 4, 2018.

Silly Nutsac. Stay out of the artificial sweeteners.

In Cologne (although, they say Koln) Germany, Monday morning we took the train to koelnmesse for a trade show. The river in the backround is the Rhein.

I haven't had much time to shoot many pictures, the show is 30 minutes away, and is 9 hours everyday! But I am trying...lol

Have to post and run, it is midnight here, and I still am on New York time...haven't slept much. I will catch up with everyone in the next few days. Coming home Wednesday.

Goodnight my friends...

;0}

It was early in the morning and had been the night of day light savings time. I was not sure what the real time was . . . . did my cell phone actually change the time to the correct time? Shaving is such a bore!!! I may become a mountain man and never shave again. Took off my right eyebrow this morning . . . .

Parfait and White Rabbit want to remind you - Tonight at Midnight move your clocks ahead!! Were Springing Forward!!! That's a reminder to all you Day Light Savings People and you know who you are :D

When we got to Cologne Saturday around noon, we went for walk to stay awake (6 hr time change). I went to take a photo at the Dom of the Cathedral. My zoom lens couldn't fit it...so I ran right to a camera shop to buy a wide angle, paid to much, but now I had one!

By the time we walked around to wake up, it was getting late. This was the first shot I took with the new lens.

We came over this bridge by train from Frankfurt (to the right) into Cologne (left). This bridge goes over the Rhine River, where they say the winds from Switzerland blows...they weren't kidding!! brrrr.....

I will post the Cathedral later...

Inspired by this shot by Thomas Ebenhan, it actually took me a couple of years to try out the similar idea on my own. In fact, it's a bit difficult to find yourself at the top floors of the building in the center of a well-lit city with your tripod, your camera, your inspiration and some ten hours of relatively spare time. But when it all finally came together in the Intourist hotel in the city of Brest, this image became one of the outcomes.

Shot between 7 PM, October 16 and 10 AM, October 17. Composed from five different shots. Stitched with AutoPano Giga.

On a side street (Au Bollwerk) in Germany I shot this, the cobble stone streets are just so beautiful, hard to walk on (thank god I was in sneakers!)

Just an amazing place to see! Freezing, but awesome!

Be well my friends! I am a little behind on getting to see everyone...but I promise to catch up soon!! I have no clue what time it is..... here???
