These cabins may be painted blue now, but fans of LOST will remember them as the yellow DHARMA barracks. Walking through here feels like stepping onto the set — the picnic tables, the mountain backdrop, and the cabins themselves all bring back memories of some of the show’s most unforgettable scenes. Time has changed the colors, but for fans, the spirit of the DHARMA Initiative still lingers in the quiet corners of this place.
Joke's on you, time change…
Every year people are subjected to the silly time changes that were adopted for several different reasons- some urban legends, some probably made sense at the time. Still, in today's world they are a major pain in the rear.
When I moved to Tennessee, my house sits across the street from the Central / Eastern time zone. Because of this I have to manually tell my iPhone not to auto-adjust to time zone changes because it would change all the time as I walked through my property.
Last year's winter really wrecked me, mostly because it was so dark all the time and the rains never seemed to stop. Really I probably should have been in Eastern Time, but I stayed in Central. This year I am not changing my clocks, just changing time zones. Let's see if this makes a positive difference!

I forgot to move my clocks, lol!
This is a very special watch. I have a sister who was killed and it was one of the things I kept of hers. It was one of her favorite pieces. The man who killed her, her husband, just celebrated the 10th year anniversary of his conviction yesterday! It seemed fitting to use it in this picture! As it was said to me this morning, we have the rest of OUR lives to look forward to and I cherish every second of it!
Now happy faces! This is not intended to be a sad post!!!!! Muah! Xxxx
For them that does, remember to set those clocks back an hour tonight! For them that doesn't...... as you were. via 500px ift.tt/2hcq9yj
since i don't wear a watch, i seem to have a clock in every room of the house. but am not feeling the love from the time change-- fall back? why? it is dark so early now in the 'late afternoon'....
so you will notice the clocks are not all set, yet, to the correct time. (maybe it is my passive-aggressive response to going off DST??) the 10:26 one is set so i will always know what time it is where my DD is and the last one is my ultimate timekeeper-- my laptop.

Who needs time changes?
I don't need no stinking time changes!!!
(yes I know it's bad grammar, shh!)
i don't want to even believe it..
Had to turn our clocks an hour ahead today. Stupid me, I was following time an hour behind. So technically.. I woke up at 1:00PM? Tiger snooooze.
I'll probably add more photos in comments. I took a bunch! :)
11/3/19 Had to change my clock back one hour…my cell phone automatically updated. The benefit? One more hour of sleep. The downside? It’s dark outside at 5pm. I’m SO NOT HAPPY about it!

Also called Fall Back and Winter Time.
Taken at Hamburg Hauptbanhof awhile back, while waiting for my trip back to Frankfurt. Time flies when you keep your camera busy shooting! :)
In a few hours (exactly 2 a.m. Sunday morning) from now here in U.S., except Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and American Samoa, Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends when we “fall back” to standard time by turning our clocks back one hour. So, don't forget to set those clocks!
First shift at work after the time change making it the first time I’m seeing the community at night. It’s weird how it’s a completely different world. This area is by the fire pit and club house.
This was created for the Photo Face Fun Group... The little kitten was on my calendar for the month of November.. I thought the watch was good because this is the time of year that those of us in the US of A have to set our clocks back an hour..
This night our time changed from daylight saving time back to wintertime. So we could sleep one hour longer. Honestly I prefer the daylight saving time because now the sunset is at 5pm and it's so dark so early... I hate the darkness, it's quite depressive.

This girl doesn't understand this time change. It's 5:30 and she thinks it's 6:30 and that I've forgotten to feed her. She's giving me that, "feed me now" look. I don't blame her. I don't like this time change either. Rosie can't talk but she sure gets her point across by the looks she gives me.
UGH....can I tell you how much I hate the time change in the Spring? While I appreciate the extra light in the evenings...I really miss that hour of sleep. Hope you have a wonderful day! HSS

Have you moved your clocks back an hour? Well, if you live in Canada or the United States....today would be the day. But not everyone in North America will be following Daylight Savings Time! Some US cities don't "turn back" their clocks at all and in Canada, most of Saskatchewan and some areas of British Columbia won't either.
However, I learnt some interesting facts when researching who does and who doesn't today!
A few places that share the time change with us today are: Bermuda, Bahamas, St. Pierre and some parts of Greenland and Mexico.
The vast majority, though, turned their clocks back last week on Halloween!
Up until 2006, we would have done the same, but legislation changed for Canada & the United States and instead of turning back on the last Sunday in October, we have moved up a week to the 1st Sunday in November. Turning ahead has changed by 3 weeks from the 2nd Sunday in March to the 1st Sunday in April!
Here's a list of some of you that changed your clocks last Sunday (the list is long and doesn't include everyone!): Belgium, Cuba, Denmark, Finland, Fiji, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the UK.
If you live in Australia, Daylight Savings happened for most of you on Sunday, October 3rd and Egypt changes time on Friday, October 1st. One of my Brazilian contacts (below) informed me that his time change was October 17th.
Now, if you live in China, Japan, Thailand, Barbados, Iceland, Jamaica or India (to name just a few) you can stop reading all this information, as you don't adjust your clocks at all!! :))

time passing... as in history. Where this clock now stands and buses stop, a restaurant once stood. A boarding house was nearby and still exists as a historical relic, and a general store still stands also as a historical building and store.
It was here that Robert Louis Stevenson ate each night during his stay in Monterey in 1879, a stay that some think inspired the story of Treasure Island.
Inspired by this shot by Thomas Ebenhan, it actually took me a couple of years to try out the same idea on my own. In fact, it's a bit difficult to find yourself at the top floors of the building in the center of a well-lit city with your tripod, your camera, your inspiration and some ten hours of relatively spare time. But when it all finally came together in the Intourist hotel in the city of Brest, this image became the outcome. It's hard to decide if I'm really proud with it, but the more I look, the more I like it. Best viewed on black.
Shot between 7 PM, October 16 and 10 AM, October 17. Composed from six different shots.
Nutsac helps move Joe's speakers. All done! It's time to go back to New York City. I wonder where Nutsac will go next.
Don't forget Daylight Savings Time! Nutsac changes his watch to maximize daylight and cut an hour out of his evening.
