I was walking Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank when Jimmy Dean got all upset over a lawn ornament. His hair was standing on his back and he was giving it hell as he slowly approached the "Monster Cat".

I went to Newport News' City Center Fountain Square to listen to a latino band called Tumbao Salsero - they were very good.

Dating back to the 1850s, all Yosemite-bound traffic once crossed this bridge. It was covered to help protect the wood from the elements and also so that horses would stay calm crossing over the raging Merced River. It was nearly destroyed by a flood in the 1950s and restored. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Yosemite National Park, April 2011

Cruising in a yacht along the Karachi coastline (from Marina Club to DHA Golf Club).

I was trying to get Jimmy Dean to get up and go out back for one more bathroom break before heading to bed. This is just proof that dogs do understand what we say.

Frank found a baby bird - I got it from him, it was unharm just frightened. While i was recording this Bela, the neighbor's Rottie-Pit Bull mix, and Link got barking at one-another.

Así bailarán los angeles?

El mañana siempre trae algo bueno, te levantas un día y ves cosas como esta, ¿quién podria enojarse?

Tomorrow always brings something good, you wake up one day and see things like this, who could get angry?

Frank, Jimmy Dean and Link do love their naps.

The white pet duo, chasing backwashed pool water and dead leaves along the gutter.

A shattered touchscreen is unfortunate.

The weird effect from applying pressure to the LCD, coupled with another juke's audio output, makes coping a bit easier.

Shot from a Bar above the Harbor in Iquitos during my last trip to "La Selva".

Tossed into Final Cut, increased speed/pushed color and "moshed" some audio loops together in soundtrack pro.

Voila

There are apparently salmon running in there

A friend of mine on Facebook posted a video of a dog "singing" while play a piano. This is was happened in my house when I watched it.

I made boiled chickengizzards and hearts - Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank love them.

AR365 Day 177 (This is from Sunday, I just didn't have time to post.) And contrary to the look, this was not shot as a Black and White. It just looks that way. All drops photographed as they fell from our roof.

A bout Bela.... Bela is an American banjo player, who has taken the banjo about anywhere (musically and geographically) that it can go. Bela has played his banjo in major concert halls with classical musicians, and explored the depths of blue-grass and American mountain styles, not to mention Latin applications. A couple of years ago, he decided to follow the banjo back to the land of its origin, hence the African sessions. What is really cool, is how he fades into the backround as he colaborates with those on "old world" banjos. www.belafleck.com/projects.html

All three of the dogs like to sit on me or around me, but sometimes Frank gets to rolling around my lap and begging for some scratching and attention.

Fresh home from the groomer and Link headed to his back scratcher while Frank watched, Jimmy Dean came up to see what is going on.

AR365 Day 172...

I kinda like this one. Its a study. I hope to mix it with some other stuff for Youtube, but this is all I could fit in the Flickr 90 second video limit.

I know our them is "new" - and there ain't no new moon here, but I did just newly put it up:)

All images taken March 18-20 2011, year of the big moon.

Frank wanted his head scratched and I obliged. He loves his head to be scratched.

A truck was in front of us on the highway and it had some pieces of plastic flapping on it's load. Link, for some reason, did not like that and barked and growled at that truck until I finally passed the truck to quiet him down.

Video of Cathedral bells ringing in Christchurch

This visit was the first time I met Olivia (I had met her 4 brothers and 2 sisters many times). SHe is a happy 11 month old - she has a great smile.

We had a party for my Sherman, my brother, to celebrate his 60th birthday. We played a few rounds of Cornhole.

Frank, Link and Jimmy Dean watching TV with me. I don't think they were to interested in the movie.

Jimmy Dean was barking at Link and Frank - I have no idea why. When he approached, Frank took off, so he might have been the intended target.

I fed Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank but only Link was eating his food - Jimmy Dean and Frank wanted my food (I like the final chuffing noise JD makes at me).

I had done this once before and didn't go too far over the wall, so I tried again.

Late night with a lap full of dogs, well Link and Frank in my lap, Jimmy Dean next to me cleaning his feet (as always).

Link runs around like he is on fire after getting out of a bath.

I had used the lawn mower to bag leaves and twigs - Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank liked the mess it left behind.

Some times they listen, mostly they do what they want.
