Michelle posted a link to YouTube on a picture of Jimmy Dean. When I clicked it I forgot the volume was on high - it woke up Link, this is his response to the music.
Jimmy Dean is really doing pretty good at playing catch, but he gets distracted easily. He stopped playing when he saw a car out front. He still makes that noise of his when he plays with the elephant.

Frank was running around my bed and grabbing me with his teeth if I tried to get in bed, he was playing and applied no pressure with his bite - just a favorite game of his. He sure adds a lot of life to this home.
Frank took my spot in bed and pretended not to hear me (until I said the right word to get his attention).
I took Link, Frank and Jimmy Dean on a walk around the block - it is extremely hot. They needed a little rest after heat exposure.
I made the boys omelettes for Link's Birthday. I put cream cheese, carrots, peas and green beans in it and Romano cheese on top put a serving of dog food. It was a hit.
The battery was very low so volume is a bit choppy. (And Flickr chopped it 90 seconds -it was 97 seconds long originally). The boys were in the house - to hot to follow me while I mowed the lawn.
As soon as I let Link out of the pen he ran and got on my bed - he knows Frank and Jimmy Dean can not get up there so he would have me all to himself.
The boys do not fight over food but Link can get a little pushy. If he is eating and he sees Jimmy Dean or Frank at another bowl he will move to that bowl and push them aside and start eating. Frank and Jimmy Dean step aside and wait for Link to finish (but by that time he has eaten all the food). So I have started filling one bowl and when Link starts to eat I serve the other two out of Link's line of sight. If he can't see them he wont move to take their food - so far it is working fine.
The Boys were waiting for me to finish my lawn mowing so we could go on walk 9we ended up going on a walk and to a free concert).
I made saffron rice with Pork, Pimentos, Yellow Onions and Crushed Red Peppers and few other spices to jack-up the heat. Jimmy Dean left me alone but Link and Frank camped out - I don't give them anything spicy but they always try to get some.
Frank moved next to Link and Jimmy Dean kept on grooming him (and Link, also). He kept at it for over two hours - he has never done this for this length of tie before but he was having a good time and Frank was liking the attention.
Jimmy Dean started grooming Frank - he started at the face and worked his way back. At this point he has been at it for over 30 minutes. Frank sat nice and still, only moving or rolling over when Jimmy Dean butted him with his head.
I have been trying to get Jimmy Dean to play Fetch for years, but he has his own way of playing but is slowly starting to get the hang of what I want him to do.
The boys went on a walk with me today - not far but it was very warm and then they stayed out back while I planted some plants and watered the garden. They are ready for bed.

Jimmy Dean doing his endless paw grooming; Link preparing to nap; Frank may be missing his hair - it is cool tonight so when he came in he wrapped up nice and cozy.
Trying to get the boys to listen to me on a sunny day is useless. Frank will listen, a bit but Link and Jimmy Dean take a lot of effort on my part.
An Eastern Black Rhinoceros plays with its toy. Very sweet animal. Unfortunately, the species is close to extinction.
Frank is always excited to come home and find Link and Jimmy Dean, but they always chase him around until they are sure it is him and gave him a good once-over.
Frank usually cries and yelps when he get on the exam table and when he has to get stuck with a needle - he shook a little but did not cry (while on the table).
All three boys love the vet. Link and Frank wanted to be on the table with Jimmy Dean while he was getting his exam. Jimmy Dean was trying to kiss the vet-tech. Our vet is Dr. Cindy Gibson of Creature Comfort Mobile Vet Clinic.
Someday while I am sleeping these three are going to learn how to work a camera and post embarrassing photos of me while I am sleeping.
Link goes nuts after every walk during which he gets a little wet. Jimmy Dean and Frank know to stay out of his way.
Today was trash collection day. In front of every house is a little stain where yucky stuff leaks out of the truck when it stops - these spots are a favorite of all three dogs to roll on.
As you can see, Frank felt a little better after his chicken and rice dinner.
Lexie was being pulled around the block by her grandmother. She got excited when she saw the boys so we went over but the boys wanted to see Grandma (she has been known to have dog treats).
Before Link will let me pick him up to carry him downstairs or lift him in to a seat I have to scratch his belly.

Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank sat watching me mow the lawn, trim the trees, put down grass seed - they wanted dinner, the yard could wait as far as the were concerned.
