Lots of noisy demands being made by the Wren babies! They’re just about ready to fledge.

I guess it always will,

But deep inside my heart

Time stands still..."

Like a chronological process or like a development In front an elderly farmer, who checks each of his plants individually and has to bend down. The smoking chimneys behind it represent the industrial age. And in the far distance, in the middle of the picture, you can see parts of the skyline of Frankfurt am Main. The headquarters of the financial sector. (The background is formed by the elevations of the Taunus (low mountain range)).

I attended a 21st Birthday Party recently and we all got dressed up in masks. Some were pandas, some were pirates but most wore masks with feathers. I wore my mask on the top of the head as it interfered with my glasses & camera. But I thought JT was looking great with black top hat and tails. For Smile on Saturday theme of Selective Multicolours. Also for Definitely Dreaming theme (a long time ago) of celebration.

'The Time Traveller' if could time travel this is how I see myself going about it, stood at the end of a jetty looking through a portal into the future or maybe the past. I'll check to see what the future looks like first before I decide if I need to change the past.

I took this picture at err maybe I shouldn't say, lets just say at the end of a jetty by a Portal. Thanks to the other Flickr users that helped make this.

Here is another older image that I haven't had the time or inspiration to finalise until now. Spring is almost here again so i thought now might be the time to pull this one out of the archive...

throwing golf balls at him isn't working...

Here is my second concept from Brooke Shaden's workshop in London. As I walked around the house, I saw this staircase and I liked how the light was coming from above. I knew I wanted to do another picture with the hourglass and came to think of the movie "In Time". Not that good movie, but it's about how people have a digital clock on their arm that shows how much time they have left in life. I named this picture "Time's up." The hourglass with all the sand in the bottom is symbolizing that the time for Olivia is over, and she walks towards the light.

Thank you Olivia Clemens for modelling. And Brooke, thank you for sharing your techniques and being such a source of inspiration!

shy of 7 hours time lapse of pictures taken while watching the Perseids meteor shower and Jupiter parading the sky. [meteorites barely noticed in timelapse due to # of ftp]

after my eyes got used to the dark, I started to get the faint green glow in the air which I hadn't noticed until then, never witnessed an aurora either so it got me quite excited.

the play of light spill from the town nearby and the glow from the night sky into the clouds at the beginning of time lapse made me reverse it also, this is a time machine after all.

i enhanced the saturation as a visual treat to my eyes.
