i pulled up a ridiculously huge amount of thyme today. it had overtaken the garden, choking out other herbs i wanted to keep. out of the mess i pulled some nice strands, washed and air-dried, then hung up to have our own dried.

This is a very old thyme plant that I cut back last year. It seems happier this year and is blooming profusely.

Got the thyme out of this crowded herb square and into the empty square beside it that used to be basil.

One of the most used herbs in the kitchen and a particular favourite of mine. Recently transplanted into the patio for added scent.
