Thyme. As you can see winter has been harsh on this plant. But that is what I like about herbs, takes a licking but keeps on growing.

So Niquin gave me a challenge to shoot something that dealt with thyme. Although now that I think about it, she might have been talking about time. I pulled this out of my spice cupboard. The funny thing is that I don't remember ever using thyme for anything I've ever cooked. The sell by date is from 19 years ago.
