Purchased this little plant at Sprouts, and Stu planted it in the herb garden. Yummy, Lemon Thyme is my favourite!
This is Thyme, one of a pair of turkeys that travel with Millers Ark to schools and events to show people and to help teach them about farm animals. Despite their names both Thyme and his partner Rosemary will be around long after the Christmas season has ended.

Thyme Pink-Bells (Tetratheca thymifolia). Darling little plants, these! [Mountain Lagoon, Wollemi National Park, NSW]
The thyme has started to bloom all over the garden. Tomorrow I'll use both the leaves & flowers to make a pasta.
Great simple recipe to have in anyone's recipe box. It's so tasty! I will definitely make this again. The lemon thyme I used was fresh off of my new Stokes Farm herbal wreath. This lovely wreath was purchased at a local chocolate expo and stays good for one year.
