Common Goldeneye / Gągoł Krzykliwy (Bucephala clangula)
I was shooting the Three Sisters formation in Goblin Valley State Park in Utah in the late afternoon when up walked a herd of pronghorn antelope. It was pretty cool as the pronghorn usually run away when they see me and my camera.
This is one of the photos I took for the theme 'Fill the frame' of the 'This may not be Old San Juan but ...' group. I originally chose another photo for the theme as the my sheep don't fill the frame completely but now I have decided to post this one too. The sheep are too cute to be ignored. :)

Three Grackles: I decided to spend a good amount of time today shooting Boat-tailed Grackles. They are oft admired but generally don't get the attention that their showier wetland neighbors get. I decided to pick my three favorites of the day and make a triple frame.
The Three Sister formation is the most iconic formation in Goblin Valley. With the color and magic of the Milky Way the Three Sisters become an epic South West landscape
Spent the last week touring around Pembrokeshire in a VW camper. Mid week we detoured to the Gower and stayed at Three Cliffs campsite. To say that the views of the coast are stunning would be an understatement. I couldn’t quite believe that I was the only person above the cliffs at sunset! What a place!

These three trees seem to have a certain beauty to them, even though they were badly burned about a decade ago when a fire swept through this field/canyon
