This is my absolute favorite thread from connecting Threads...they raised the price a bit, but it's worth it for how long one of these lasts.

I made this crochet cover to fit the top of a pop can perfectly to keep bugs out if you have a can of pop or whatever outside....the beads help weight it down .... this cover also fits many different sizes of glasses, and also fits the top of pillar candles perfectly for a decorative look :) (Original Pattern)
These are vintage thread cards from the 1890's they are so delicate and sweet! Some are comical.Most are yummy
i crocheted these shawls out of quilting thread a couple of years ago and then never got around to blocking them or listing them till a customer asked about them recently, so i pulled them out to take pictures. i'd forgotten just how many i made! :lol: i'll be blocking them all this weekend and then listing them on etsy soon. if you are interested in any before that my email addy is in my profile.

I don't know how often I took photos of this spool of thread for this month's color and then I didn't use it after all because I found something else.
The fabric is buttermilk-yellow 28 count Jobelan, the thread is another oddment of space-dyed mercerised cotton - I'm not sure if it was from Leila Sutcliffe or Stef Francis, as I've had it for years. The finer undyed thread used for the four-sided stitch around the edges is just Gutermann's tacking cotton.

I really like the way the reverse side looks. There is too much texture to wear this bangle inside-out comfortably, but I'll display it anyway.
