This pen is on the cutting edge THC and cannabinoid consumption technology. The major advantage to this pen is that is that the small size of the battery and cartridges reduce the moving parts that can be damaged or totally broken after a few uses. Additionally, there is no button to push to use it; simply inhale and the bottom of the pen blinks red and the process starts. Not taxing the battery as much with a button that needs to be pushed or locked is another advantage in keeping the pen alive. Like many other pens, it charges with an included USB charger; the battery lasts about 6-8 hours and needs to be charged at least every few days if you use if often. This pen comes in a variety of colors. Size Ð The device with cartridge attached is about an inch longer than an iPhone. With the cartridge detached it breaks down into two pieces smaller than a cigarette.

I'm trying to keep up with the 365 project this year. I know that some days will be better than others. But so far I haven't missed a day. Friday I finished sewing the the purple bubbles and switched to green thread then I pretty much started feeling bad and spent the rest of the weekend on the couch. I did a little perusing of my antique sewing books and Miss P entertained me with some of her projects. I'm feeling much better now but still have a bit of a chest cough.
I hope to sew and watch Downton Abbey this morning.

My first day back home, 8.5 hours of no electricity and no car. Good thing I've charged my batteries last night. Bugz found in our front yard.
I saw Chinese thread books online and fell in love. I was doing a zentangle project…and decided to combine the two. Origami and I are not the best of friends…yet…so I had to make SO many boxes to get what I wanted…and ended up with 3 books. The boxes open in different ways and are stacked on top of each other to hold thread, pattern pieces, small scissors, buttons…etc. SO much fun!
I used to love coming down here for a look around. It was tangled, untroubled quiet and peaceful. It seemed time had stood still. Then inexplicably the tidy squad moved in and spoiled the restfulness, cut down the ivy, laid out the stones, bared the timeless tangles and it no longer held the mystery or even was the wildlife haven but when i venture a glance what is this? A plait of ivy stretching from tree to tree, as odd as the sticks laid across the bare earth? and the bones?

Here is the front of the Spears loom, with the warped threads hanging loose. I'm getting ready to wind it on the rollers, but I need to read a bit more about how to do that. Setting up weaving is a very tedious process. I imagine that the actual weaving will be more fun.
A Go Transit train snakes it way towards the Toronto CN Tower as if it were a piece of thread ready to enter the needle's eye. The blazing sun casts a nice warm glow on the shiny tracks and surroundings.
