Since none of us won any of the raffles, we filled our trunk with all the leftover pizza, ziti, brownies, and coffee we could fit in.

I took a series of photos for a brochure circa 1987. These are some old proof prints I did that were scanned. The original images were shot using an Olympus OM-2N 35 mm film camera, Zuiko 20 mm f/1.8 lens, and a Kodak B&W film optimized for graphics. The last gave a very high contrast tot the photos and was used because I had some left in the camera.
LOL I think this was taken at Christmas. Harley, (the boxer/great dane mix on the right is my nephew, Justin's dog and Copper, the cocker spaniel on the left is my sister Kym's dog.

Every year, tens of thousands participate in the Komen race/walk to raise money for breast cancer research.
Groups or teams usually dress in at least matching t-shirts with witty slogans. Sometimes, however, teams like to add a bit more style to the mile (or to the 5k to be accurate).
Do you think it needs a border or something? I'm quite curious what others think of this shot! Suggestions for how it could have been better?
I think that's the proper description of the statue, given to us by the people who live in Boone and attend Appalachian State University. Yes, the same Mountaineer football team that defeated my beloved University of Michigan Wolverines. I did not shout "Go Blue" or anything because I was too embarrassed about the defeat and because I was outnumbered 50,000 to 1. The colors were changing in the trees, up the mountain, which made the background particularly pleasant.
