The thinker should have used a more private commode, like one of the 4,000 porta potties behind him.

Pfaff, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
I finally settled on the Quilt Expression after trying out both the 2058 and this one at the store. I spent last night and all day today getting to know the machine and I have to say I'm loving it! There's just so much it can do! (Like elephants, the machine can make elephants, people!!)
The learning curve is pretty steep because my previous machine was a very basic manual one but I've already gotten the hang of free form quilting so I can finish my commission quilt in time. Piecing is still a little slow because I am forever groping at the wrong place when I need to do something but it will get better, I'm sure.
YAY!!!!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
For my sister, Tammy, who is a breast cancer survivor!
This shot was taken last year during Breast Cancer Awareness month, in the Seattle airport! :)
Bandit: You think it's right to kill a man over some cards? I mean, money or food if you're starving, I understand. But a single Gwent card? What kind of bastards are we?
Geralt (off camera): The DEAD kind.
I think this was the night of the prom - senior prom? I have no idea. I can't remember where we were *supposed* to be, but a bunch of us slept on the beach in Belmar that night. Good times.
Sorry mom, don't read that part!
Greg has raised the possibility that this was actually a couple of months later over the summer. I had forgotten how often we slept on the beach in Belmar!
