Trying to walk on the ceiling to escape the new girls.

Hand pieced with my scraps and hand quilted. My newest journey into prim quilts. this one was the decision to go to my swap mate.

I'm just trying to *finish* this quilt which I started... uh... more than 10 years ago. you can see the fade out markers faded out really well. I have to hunt down the scalloped template again.

My stitches aren't near as small as they used to be, but my callous is building up on my underneath hand. Looks pretty bad right now.

The thimble berry is an edible raspberry-like berry. We found it growing wild in several of the hikes we took, but nowhere as abundant as it was along the Ausable Chasm trails.
