Barry fell forward exhausted as he returned to The Trickster. The rather upset chickens he was carrying cheerfully bounced away when he dropped to the ground.

“You know, Flash... you could have just taken the controller from me....” Jesse said judgmentally. “This wasn't nearly as fun as I expected it to be! There should have been so much more drama!”

“Well how was I supposed to know that it wasn't a real bomb?” The Flash asked rhetorically, face down on the pavement.

“Huh.... Well I guess you could have just asked?”

Flash groaned, “That's not usually how these things work, James!”

“Shucks.... I'll get you next time, Flash!” He said optimistically, shaking a fist into the sky.

I'm finally getting around to taking a few quick pics of the new builds I did for ECCE back in May.

My son and I love the new Flash show, so I wanted to do something and this mosaic was something I could do quickly without ordering parts.

I know the Reverse Flash symbol is a mirror image, so its bolt would point up too, but I think this works better.

I figured since everyone else has a superhero universe I would make one too. The Flash here is one of my favorite superheroes, so why not start with him?

It's a simple figure. I just combined the official Flash fig with a knockoff torso and legs that I had gotten a while back off eBay. The head, however, is different.

The head is the T-16 Pilot head with the chinstrap extended with paint so that it doesn't look out of place and looks like it's part of the cowl...sort of.

Tell me your thoughts in the comments of you'd like. I don't know what figure I'll do next, but we'll see

From the Movie "Justice League , The flashpoint paradox " HeatWave and his Flamegun ;) Do you like it guys ??? #Lego #Minifig #customminifig #DC #Comics #Flash #Heatwave #IMC #Minifigures #Superheroes #Batman

This Figure is for the contest !

The Flash tried his best to keep one foot ahead of his advisory! With only seconds to dodge Mardon's lightning attacks, he finally managed to get an upper hand. Wearing him down, Barry got Weather Wizard to touch down on pavement again. This was gonna have to be it, now or never! Lightning fast fists clashed across Mardon's body, then snatched the wand from his hands!

In the end, Mardon put up a good fight, but The Flash was just too fast!

--------------------------------------

With one final panel to go, this upload was really just to round out the series of five to give the story a just a bit more continuity. (You get to see him actually take Mardon down okay?! Geez)

Final upload tomorrow :)

In a fleeting attempt scouring Keystone and Central, The Flash has finally found Scudder in an old abandoned laboratory!

"You're too late Flash! The Reflection Generator has already been activated! Soon you're precious Gem Cities will be nothing but a memory!"

I am in love with this fantastic minifig! I have some awesome ideas in store for this speedster and I can't wait to execute some of them!

Until then enjoy these too!

My own Lego version of the Scottish DC Supervillain, Evan McCulloch A.K.A Mirror Master.

With and without his Mirror Tech Armour.

So first off, I'd like to give some major props to Christo on this fig. Now I feel that I'm pretty well versed in DC Speedsters, and when I think of Walter West I think "No way in hell will there be a Lego version of The Dark Flash" Like, a nine issue character variant that hasn't even been spoken of since the 90's? No way! It'll never happen!

Low and behold, Christo goes and makes one! That's so cool to me!

Now given the fact that Christo has had a history of doing Color-Variants of some of his figs (Joker for example) I'm not too surprised that he made Walter. All things considered though, I feel like no one really knows who the heck this is (granted unless you're obsessed with reading The Flash, like me) Still I recommend the read for anyone who is interested in the whole "what-if" scenarios of characters.

Basically, during Wally West's Wedding with Linda Park, She's abducted by an unknown source, and over the course of like ten issues (at least), three different story-arcs, and a bunch of different speedsters, you get to Walter West; The result of his time-stream's Linda being murdered and the The Flash going down a pretty bad road to resurrect her. I won't spoil to much for you, but if you want to read about him start around The Flash #139 through #159.

Very interesting group of stories, lots of twists, lots of time travel, but yeah... it's pretty cool.

*end rant*

This fig is awesome and I can't rave enough about Christo. The design is slick and simple just like Paul Pelletier's line-work. One thing though, I wish that the lightning bolt scar would have been added to the head/face print, but hey, it's not that big of a deal.

Also I took a few other pictures of this fig, would anyone else like to see them?

“Chickens? ...Really?”

“Yes really!”

The Flash looked around in distress, “You've really out done yourself this time Jesse....”

“BOK!” Squawked one of the birds, before The Trickster could get another word out. “I'm flattered that you went all this way to think up an elaborate plan to like... I don't know, 'egg the city' or something, but I'm telling you, this is about as weird as the time I was turned into a puppet.” Flash gazed around, puzzled.

“On the contrary, Flash!” James Jesse spoke confidently “I'm a professional at 'fowl' play!

“Aaand there's the chicken pun.” Barry's hand covered his face in disapproval. “Okay, I'm going home. This isn't really a crime... you're just... I don't even know. Look, take these birds back to where you found them and we'll call it a day.”

“Sure thing, Flash! ...Right after I blow up city hall!” The Trickster cackled as he pulled out a remote-control device from his pocket.

Pressing a few buttons a pair of scuttling hens on wheels speed out in front of our two colorful advisories. “Be quick now Flash! Or these two will be get fried!”

“You strapped a bomb to the chickens?!”

“And some automated high-speed rollerskates to get them moving faster than you!” The Trickster laughed again “You better get moving, these birds can fly!”

“...No they can't!” Flash shouted as he sped off into action!

It's been a really rough week for a lot of us, so I'm feeling inclined to post something silly today.

I'm not gonna lie though, I really have no idea why I made this comic set.... Perhaps it's because I impulsively bought five chickens on bricklink without making any rational decisions...?

...Yeah that might be it.

Now this piece has to be my favorite from The Dark Flash photo shoot. The crisp lighting for this was bounced off of a few different sources to give the reflective printing a prominence, without the use of editing, so I'm rather proud/impressed with the technique used here (plus that glint on his helmet was fantastic fluke)

All in all this whole photoshoot was super fun and a different take on my normal style so I might be a little biased here but damn, this was a good shot!

Left to Right: Green Arrow, The Flash, Cyborg, Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, and Aquaman.

Make sure to follow my Instagram davids19_lego_

"The device is ready! Activate the Reflection Generator!"

"Good! Soon, all of Central City will be over taken by it's Mirror-Verse Counterpart and there won't be anything The Flash can do to stop it!"

--------------------------------------

Mirror Master is back and has some big plans for the local metro area!

The last time we saw Sam Scudder he had Barry surrounded (literally): www.flickr.com/photos/thebritishbafoon/12981430904/in/dat...

Using a similar technique in post production to the original photo's of him, there were only two minifigs present at the time of the shoot. So using multiple images and a lot of time, we get the cool imagery you see here :)

I've updated the fig slightly to integrate the holsters and give him a comparable look when next to Flash and other Rouges.

Otherwise, tune over the next few days as the story progresses :)

You guys have no idea how excited I am for this fall! (btw, it's like a whole bunch)

With the finale of Arrow (which was incredible) there was a sneak peak of the Gustin as The Flash right after the episode, which I was super impressed with the little 30 second clip that we got.

But what I did not expect, was a trailer for the show's pilot being posted on CW's YouTube page! (Aaaaahhhh :D)

I have so many thoughts running through my head (Weather Wizard! :D Was that Thawne...? Vibe and Killer Frost as good guys(?) Olivier :) Super cool animation! Plus like a bunch of other stuff)

Anyways, check it out here guys: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yj0l7iGKh8g

If you're as big of a Flash fan as I am, you'll go nuts (like I did :P)

Oh and I almost forgot, my Purist CW Flash fig turned out great! :)

It was all coming back to him now. In the middle of a battle of wits with gorilla forces in Central City, Grodd managed to deploy a device to stun Barry knocking him unconscious for long enough time to kidnap him!

The Flash was glad to leave Grodd in the hands of Gorilla City's law enforcement. He has had enough monkey business for one day! But he couldn't help but wonder....

“How am I gonna get home?”

--------------------------------------

I had a really fun time writing for this story and it's a shame this is the final image in the series. Originally, I had two additional images to be used in the set but due to technical issues and a lack of proper memory card space, my camera failed to remember them. I still had a great time with this set though and I'd love to hear back from you guys on what you thought :)

Newer DC Collection: #2

Here's my lego Kid Flash. I'm pretty happy with how he turned out. I think some arm printing would finish him off nicely, so that may come soon.

The torso decal was pulled from the internet, I can't remember where so if it's urs u can just ask for credit.

Hope you enjoy, I'd love to hear what you think.

If it's not there in 30 seconds or less, it's free.

Barry Allen is a forensic chemist with a reputation for being very slow, and frequently late, which frustrates his fiancée, Iris West.

One night, as he is working late on a new case, a lightning bolt strikes and shatters a case full of unspecified chemicals and drenches all over Barry, temporarily knocking him out. As a result, Allen later finds that he can run at super-human speeds and possesses equally enhanced reflexes, senses, and healing.

He later dons a red bodysuit, sporting a lightning bolt in the chest (reminiscent of the original Fawcett Comics Captain Marvel), dubs himself the Flash (after his childhood comic book hero, Jay Garrick), and becomes Central City's resident costumed crime fighter and protector.

Central City University professor Ira West (Iris's adoptive father) designed Allen's costume and the ring which stores it while Allen is in his civilian identity.

The ring can eject the compressed clothing when Allen needs it and suck it back in with the aid of a special gas that shrinks the suit.

In addition, Allen invented the cosmic treadmill, a device that allowed for precise time travel and was used in many stories. Allen was warmly received by his superhero colleagues, so much to the extent that nearly all speedsters that come after him are often compared to him. Batman once said "Barry is the kind of man that I would've hoped to become if my parents had not been murdered."

As presented in Justice League of America 9, when the Earth is infiltrated by alien warriors sent to conquer the planet, some of the world's greatest heroes join forces, Allen among them. While the superheroes individually defeat most of the invaders, they fall prey to a single alien and only by working together are they able to defeat the warrior. Afterwards, the heroes decide to establish the Justice League.

During the years, he is depicted as feeling slightly attracted to Black Canary and Zatanna, but he never pursues a relationship because he feels his real love is Iris West, whom he ultimately marries. Allen also becomes a good friend with Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), which would later be the subject of the limited series Flash and Green Lantern: The Brave and the Bold.

In The Flash 123—"Flash of Two Worlds"—Allen is transported to Earth-Two where he meets Jay Garrick, the original Flash in DC Continuity; it is revealed that Jay Garrick's adventures were captured in comic book form on Earth-One.

This storyline initiated DC's multiverse and was continued in issues of Flash and in team-ups between the Justice League of America of Earth-One and the Justice Society of America of Earth-Two. In the classic story from Flash 179—"The Flash – Fact or Fiction?"—Allen is thrown into the universe eventually called Earth Prime, a representation of "our" universe, where he seeks the aid of the Flash comic book's editor Julius Schwartz to build a cosmic treadmill so that he can return home. He also gains a sidekick and protégé in Iris' nephew, Wally West, who gains super-speed in an accident similar to that which gave Allen his powers.

Barry has the ability to run at super-human velocities. He was at times during the Silver Age described as faster than the speed of thought. Flash 150, "straining every muscle", he ran at ten times the speed of light.

However, when he pushed himself further (during the Crisis on Infinite Earths) he appeared to waste away as he was converted into pure energy, traveled back in time, and was revealed to be the very bolt of lightning that gave him his powers.

His speed allows him, in certain circumstances, to "vibrate" between dimensions. In Final Crisis, using the Speed Force, Allen was able to undo the effects of the Anti-Life Equation upon an individual: an ability he used on his wife Iris to free her from the bondage of Darkseid's mind control.

Barry's speed has numerous secondary applications. He can use it to generate cyclones by spinning his arms quickly. Barry can also manipulate the electrical Speed Force energy he generates.

He can channel the energy into arcs of lightning, as well as use the electricity to manipulate magnetism on a minor level. He has also used the lightning to create blinding amounts of light.

By interlocking his lightning with that of another speedster, Barry can short circuit their connection to the Speed Force. Barry is also immune to telepathic attacks and control as he can shift his thoughts at a speed faster than normal thought.

Through "speed-reading", he can absorb large amounts of information into his short-term memory, which remain in his mind just long enough for him to make use of it. Using this technique, Barry was able to learn enough about building work to rebuild a destroyed apartment building.

The Speed Force also supplies Barry with a protective aura that shields him from friction and kinetic impacts, as well as grants him superhuman durability.

Other aspects of Barry's powers include an enhanced metabolism, which grants him a regenerative healing factor. Barry learned that his body is using the Speed Force to its full extent but his brain was not. With the help of Dr. Elias he was able to learn how to use the Speed Force to process more information, and make even quicker decisions, to the point where he feels like he can see everything before it happens.

Barry also developed the ability to speed up the flow of time around him, which he used to negate the powers of Zoom, who was able to slow down time. In terms of DC's internal lexicon, Barry is classified as a metahuman: a human being who possesses extranormal abilities either through birth or (as in Barry's case) as the result of some external event.

Still exploring space and structure with bricks, and this time I’m bringing the classic Flash with a stacked module cubes scene, and I’m using multiple exposure tricks to create couple of Flash, like the way I did for Mysterio on my previous post. And I love this classic Flash, it’s one of my favorite in the latest CMF series.

Here's my latest, very awesome loot.

Christo's Jay Garrick Flash and Fantastic Four Spidey were bought from minifigures.co.uk. Thanks to Andrew for a safe and speedy delivery :).

the excellent Negative zone Spidey and new Spidey 2099 are courtesy of Ramon (bricks @ raminator). Thanks for hooking me up mate :).

Pirate Batman came from the 2016 DC Super Heroes character encyclopedia.

All in all, some truly awesome figs.

More pics to come soon :).

Okay so this was my first attempt at recreating a cover and to be honest, it wasn't too much of a challenge besides altering the eye glow a bit to match the presence of the cover.

I don't know if I honestly like the look of this one or not (like compared to the rest of my work), but to be fair it's pretty spot on to the original.

As most of you have predicted, I give you the one, but not only, Mr Captain Boomerang The First (or second depending on which Flash we're referring to)

And I suppose this piece takes it's place as part 2 of 3 in Cap's photo series.

Thanks for all of your comments and support guys, it means a lot :)

The Flash VS Tar Pit, Mirror Master, Heatwave, Pied Piper, Professor Zoom, Gorilla Grodd, Captain Boomerang, Weather Wizard, Captain Cold, The Trickster and King Shark

The Flash was immediately lifted off the ground with such a force that felt like a punch from Solomon Grundy! Through the turbulence and debris he was taken within, Barry could just make out the glow of Mardon's wand, but it was fading fast! The Weather Wizard was sucking the oxygen out of the cyclone!

Struggling to keep the air in his lungs, The Flash began to spin in the opposite direction of the wind current! Then suddenly a pop and wurring, the sound of the cyclone being emancipated punctured Barry's ears. The Flash took in a well needed deep breath, got his balance, and snapped back into action!

--------------------------------------

I feel like now would be a nice time to note that a big inspiration for the build was based off of Tim Lydy's recent Day's of Future Past Brickworld build ft Storm (Marvel) and a motorized Tornado: flic.kr/p/uHA5W1

Now I'll be honest, my little build is a fraction of the size, but the use of 1x2 Trans-Clear Plates can be contributed to him :)

Part 3 slated for tomorrow! Keep an eye out :)

PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU FAVORITE

Really proud of this. I also made a Green Arrow and Power Woman, but I couldn't get a good shot of all of them.

Left To Right

The Flash: One of my favorites. This is just my Human Torch, with a Jay Garrik Hat on it, but it really works with the character. also, expect a JSA photo in the near future

Green Lantern: My other favorite of this bunch. really like Lex Luthor's armor for him.

Wonder Woman: Pretty Strait forward.

Norman McCay: Simple but very effective.

Superman: Very proud of him. The torso is painted, and it was hard, but it came out pretty well.

Specter: I'm sorry, but the Specter's original costume is pretty bad, with nothing but a green speedo under his awesome cloak, so I did a bit of reworking.

Batman: Not to happy with this, but i do like it. his wings are the same from the Green Lantern set but painted black.

Captain Marvel: Just my normal figure.

Red Robin: Definitely the worst of these, but it works.

Beacon Hill (Chinese: 煙墩山 or Chinese: 筆架山; Cantonese Yale: Pat Ka Shan) is a hill in the northern part of Kowloon peninsula in Hong Kong. It is the 65th highest hill of Hong Kong. It is 457 m tall.

Beacon Hill is located within the Lion Rock Country Park.

The tower atop Beacon Hill is not open to the public, and is a facility maintained by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department.

Left to Right: The Flash, Ocean Warrior Aquaman, Stephanie Brown, Batman, Wonder Woman, Batwoman and Cyborg.

Alright, here we finally get to see all of the Suicide Squad on camera at the same time! (Plus a little bit of the background build too!)

Man I don't know about you, but I feel like I might have over done this a little. I probably didn't need to go and shoot every fig individually... or take a couple weeks writing bios for all of those figs... or take a week to upload them all... but whatever :P

Man this was a really fun project to work on though and I'm glad how it turned out all in all :)

I've been holding my tounge in the comments until the entire set had been uploaded, so now I'll be trying to get back to most of your questions that you all had for me.

I hope you guys enjoyed these figs as much as I did making them :)
