Hopefully I can get away with calling this textured, I used a flash to freeze the foam while also getting the running water blur from a 1/30s exposure.

For Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday. This week's theme was People. I don't take many people shots so I decided I would try processing one of my fave shots from way back in the archives. I used Kim's textures Mad Love, Portrait and Luminous.

Exploring b/w...desaturated almost all of the color (instead of "convert to b/w"), leaving some hints of sepia behind. Added a gradient map, then one layer of Kim's texture 'madlove' on overlay @68% which I desaturated a bit & erased from the center of the photo, especially over the dock. Then added a 2nd layer of 'madlove', hardlight @52% which I completely desaturated to b/w. And then erased some more. Feels moody...like the day.

Loved Anna Seyfried in the film, so it was an obvious choice for me when Kim chose Red for TT...
