(Wikipedia)

My OpFor Technical rebuilt at 6-wide, showing scale comparison with Section 196 Apache Longbow.

Here’s the EU truck from my World in Darkness post. It was inspired by GuySmiley’s design - from which I borrowed many elements (namely the windshield). It was extremely fun to design and went through several iterations. The part I’m most proud of is definitely the logo on the front

I have an Instagram now too, incase that’s more your jam. www.instagram.com/pinecone_eagle_man/

I’ll be happy to have your attention regardless of which platform you decide to lend my work your time through!

The 1924 Targa Florio winner car was a 2 liter, 4 cylinder, super-charged Mercedes, with Chistian Werner at the wheel. This car is an early example of the famous Merceds Compressor series, culminating in the famous SSK and SSKL.

Unlike the usual white livery of the Mercedes racers, this car was actually painted red: Rumour has it this was a camouflage strategy to stop Italian fanatics from throwing rocks at the passing car, because it might be taken for Italian.

In the 1920ies, the race cars were actually driven to the race track on public roads like normal automobiles. For this trip, mudguards and license plates had to be mounted, to comply with traffic regulations. My model is shown in both configurations: as a slick racer, and as a roadworthy automobile.

Scaled model for this fig?

Update to my 6-wide technical. Improvements include wheel arches, fewer exposed studs, higher ride height, detachable tailgate, and a new engine.

This is a scale model of a Ferrari 308 GTSi

4 wheel independent suspension with anti-roll bars

Front suspension with realistic setup (kingpin inclination, Ackermann, caster)

Pop-up headlights (operated with the lever in the dashboard)

3+R gearbox (with shifter in center console)

Detailed V8 engine

I build this car in commision with an exclusivity agreement. So there will be no building instructions available for this model.

(Wikipedia)
