This was the 2nd time they'd tried to get this balloon inflated and both times they failed. The queue waiting for the tethered balloon rides were getting annoyed.

Tropical Butterfly House, Wildlife & Falconry Centre, North Anston, Sheffield
Located at the corner of Königsallee and Bastionstraße in Düsseldorf, this charming monument is known as the Neckereibrunnen (Teasing Fountain). Created in 1909 by the sculptor Gregor von Bochmann Jr., the bronze statue depicts a playful scene of an older boy holding a vessel while teasing a younger child who stretches up to catch a drink of water. The fountain stands as a designated historic monument directly adjacent to the Görres-Gymnasium.
The sculpture sits atop a central stone pedestal within a curved sandstone basin featuring integrated benches and ornamental stone scrollwork. Water spouts directly from the jar held by the older boy into the mouth of the younger child, while smaller spouts at the base cascade into the surrounding basin below. Over time, the bronze figures have developed a distinct green patina, contrasting with the warm sandstone stonework.
Positioned near the southern end of the famous Königsallee canal, the Neckereibrunnen offers a quiet, nostalgic spot away from the bustling shopping district. Its endearing portrayal of childhood interaction makes it a beloved piece of Düsseldorf’s public art heritage.
