Take a photo every day in 2011
Bonnie had given up thinking when was I going to take her for her walk, she possibly by now thought she wasn’t going to get one, as I moved around I had one eye on her expression, I should feel really terrible
I was taking photos and this fantail kept flitting around teasing me to take his photo. :) I think he knew that with the dark overcast sky my lens was no match for his speed. :)
I really like days when I've got the papasan pulled out, and I have a huge blank wall to let the cat climb :-D It's pretty fun how high he'll jump just to try to get to the spot of light :-D
Sometimes, when I play with the cat and the laser pointer, I have to watch Wall-E just for the red dot scene :-D
Fun with "ducks"
Len used: Laowa 12mm f2.8 Zero-D
Colors etc isn't perfect as I accidentally changed a setting that affected the images negatively, but I have tried hard to adjust to
somewhat ok.

We bought a couple of small presents for Grandma and Grandpa's cats, Max and Kringer. One was this yellow sparkly feather thing on a stick, which Amanda loved (it was difficult to get it away from her to wrap it). Once it had been opened up, Amanda immediately started chasing Max around with it. Unfortunately, she was poking it in his face a little too aggressively, so he took off!
Josh Clarke teasing Sessignon, with Brentford cruising at 2-1 and Fulham down to 10 men. They had 4 yellows and a red to our one yellow. Amazingly they did hit the crossbar when a player short.
These are a real tease as they tempt you to move slightly forward and then they flit off to another nearby location just out of reach of the kens!!
I just sat still for a long time and waited for them to come within range.
Recall a wildlife photographer telling me " Never chase your subject " Sound advice but rarely followed as I get too excited even at my age.

This wasp species has been teasing me all summer. They fly around (never seeing to land) a bottlebrush outside our kitchen window. I was driven to catching one with a net one day (just to see what they really looked like), got some disappointing photos (the container I photographed through was scratched) and didn't upload them.
Anyway...I was somewhere different and this landed on a leaf and sat next to me. Needless to say I wasn't ready, so the photos weren't great, but you can see what a handsome beastie they are.
Image of the Day 153/365 "A Tease..." Well its definitely been cloudy for a few days now without a single drop of anything measurable... keep on dancin for snow. I really wanna ride some pow...
I teased Bailey with a little bit of milk today - I didn't want him to have much, despite the perception that cats love milk, they can't digest it.
I wanted to know how fast he can learn a new trick. I only showed him once how to get to the bottom of the glass. For the first time he didn't do bad. Cats are smart, but they have very short spam of attention.
Our other cat Percilla thought it was a mean joke and didn't want to participate.
