At first look you would think spring as arrived due to these gorgeous hellebore blooming in my garden. These beauties are winter growing/blooming; some of the first color in the garden. I started out trying to shoot birds today, but they have all disappeared so I turned to the gardens and found these faithful returning treasures.

in lieu of prom season, our focus in tonight's class was updos. one of the assistants wanted to see how this style would be executed. it apparently involves teasing the entire head and sculpting it from there.

One pixilated strip, Danny. If you look close there is one little clear bit for you to see as your tease. Hope you like it when you see the real thing. It was a challenge to come up with something for you but I am happy with the finished result.
I figured I should get a little more info on the car I'm most likely going to be photo shooting this week.. excpet in silver complete with a blueberry muffin :p

I followed this Blue Morpho all over the butterfly exhibit in hopes that I could get a decent shot of his wings fully open. He would tease me by opening them this much but never completely.
