Hidden amongst the hills is this half forgotten mill, originally manufacturing the finest worsted to export overseas. Today it is silent, and has an amazing control panel which is ace. I liked it.
This butterfly (or butterflies) kept teasing me during the afternoon while working at the winery. It would hang around the flowers carefree until I would get the camera and the off it went...

This was a gray Cotswold Fleece dyed green....I hand teased it into roving to make a rug....20 years later I had not woven said rug, so decided to dump the balls of roving into a dyepot and then decide what to do with it. It was so pretty I decided to get a binder and make a three ply yarn without spinning the roving.
Scrappy clam shells Like Dianne, I added some white sashing so that the blocks stand out. It measures 25 " square.
I`m sticking with curves and my original mosaic after my slight wobble. Hope Helen will forgive me!
