1. I'm 24 years old and my birthday is in November
2. I'm going to college, my major is Computer Arts
3. I have 3 cats (I LOVE cats!)
4. When I was younger my favorite color was red because my all time favorite show was the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and my favorite ranger was the Red Ranger. But when I got a bit older I realized I actually loved the color pink.
5. I have loved to write ever since I was little but I really really fell in love with writing because of my awesome 8th grade English teacher.
6. I've loved to draw ever since I was old enough to pick up a pencil.
7. I fell in love with sewing because of my Girl Scout leader who was a seamstress and taught me how to sew.
8. I was a Girl Scout for as long as you can be one (Daisys-Seniors) and I earned my Girl Scout Gold Award.
9. Right now I work as a Waitress even though I always told myself I would never work in the food industry.
10. In the past year I have really gotten interested in photography and collecting dolls.
11. When I was little I did not like playing with dolls and now I can't get enough of dolls. I love them!
12. I love getting on flickr and I am so glad that it has helped me meet so many wonderful people from all over the world.
13. I have been writing in journals since I was old enough to write and I still have all of them from over the years.
14. I have never really liked sports. Though I don't mind going to a baseball game and I love to watch ice skating but I don't like participating in sports.
15. I love Sci-fi movies and shows. My favorite show is Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis and my favorite Sci-fi movie is Star Wars.
16. I own every Veggie Tales DVD cause I love the show sooo much and my dream job would be to work for the Veggie Tales show. :D
17. I worry too much.
18. My favorite place to be is the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia though I have never seen mountains bigger than them. I hope to one day go out west and see the huge mountains!
19. I can't stand silence.
20. I don't like being misunderstood.

The last thing I expected was for the first image I posted from my Nikon D90 to be a self portrait but I've been tagged by my good friend krazykrayons. So here goes, 15 things about me:
1. I like things to be organized and everything to be in its place. If you were to take a shoe and place it on the floor in the middle of the room, I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing it was there. My wife is incredibly untidy. This is not good for my general mental well being.
2. I have to wake up to an alarm. When it goes off at 0530 I sit bolt upright in bed, swing my legs out and I'm ready to start the day. If I just wake up naturally I stay so groggy that the rest of the day is pretty much a write off.
3. I gave up a promising career as an officer in the Royal Navy to start a family and I haven't regretted it for a second.
4. I haven't had a drink for almost 2 years and there is no way of saying that to people without them thinking that you once had a serious alcohol problem. I didn't.
5. I'm a complete gadget nerd and spend an extraordinary amount of my time geeking out over the latest smartphone operating system or DSLR specifications and lovingly caressing my iPhone.
6. I lost touch with my best friend because I didn't agree with his decision to divorce his wife after one year of marriage. I was the Best Man.
7. I haven't posted any images of Colt the Dog for a while because we had to get rid of him after my daughter developed an allergy to his fur. He's gone to a good home with other doggy friends.
8. I hate horror films. My wife loves them. This means that I go to bed scared quite often.
9. I have never broken a bone in my body.
10. My idea of a perfect holiday is skiing. Being up in the mountains, getting some exercise and then spending the evening in the resort. Absolute heaven.
11. I call my parents once a fortnight to catch up. I think this is often enough. My mother would disagree.
12. I have never had an accident involving another driver. I did, however, crash my beloved 2-seater convertible into my own garage. The insurance premiums went up so high, I had to sell her shortly after.
13. I currently live in Liverpool. I want to live in Toronto.
14. I could quite happily spend the rest of my life without watching another moment of television. Take my internet away on the other hand and I'd be reduced to a gibbering, quivering wreck curled up in a ball sobbing gently to myself.
15. I love photography and I love Flickr. If it wasn't for the community and all of the wonderful comments, I wouldn't be half as enthusiastic.

Now I am supposed to add 16 things about me ...
1) I went to an all boys high school(grammar schools they called them then) which made me rather shy of girls for a long time.
2) At school I was a bit of a rebel, always being told off for having my hair too long, wearing the wrong shoes, not wearing a tie, and so on, and once walked into class covered in greasy mud from head to foot after falling through an ice covered pond during the lunchtime break..
3) On 2nd July 1967 I saw Jimi Hendrix play in a small club in Croydon (South London). He sang Stone Free, Hey Joe, Red House and Johnny B. Goode.
4) At age 19 I hitchhiked from London to Marrakech.
5) Whilst travelling in the USA I spent a night sleeping inside a hollowed out giant redwood tree near Arcata, California (during that time I also stayed in a crash pad in New York's Lower East Side, a wooden Hispanic style house in San Francisco's Mission district, and a tipi and a log cabin in Washington State).
6) I travelled overland from London to India with a girl I met in San Francisco.
7) I once got drunk on home brewed rice beer with two old Korean men on top of a mountain near Pusan, Korea.
8) When I'm at music gigs or festivals whatever size of venue, I always like to position myself right in front of the stage. The energy and the atmosphere at the point performers and crowd are joined can be so amazing, a real high.
9) I have two children, one a nurse, one manages a community centre.
10) I dont drive and have never driven a car.
11) My one circus talent is stilt walking with proper strap on stilts.
12) I can feel equally comfortable in the centre of a big city or alone in wild places.
13) I'm an almost vegan, the only animal products I eat are free range eggs - no meat, fish, or dairy produce. (This is a matter of pure personal taste, as I have no strong objection to the rearing and where necessary hunting of animals for food, as long as it is carried out humanely, sustainably and without causing undue harm to the environment.)
14) For many years I was active with several environment and conservation groups including Friends Of The Earth, Greenpeace, the local Wildlife Trust and the Woodland Trust.
15) If all the trees I've planted over the course of my lifetime were placed together in a single location they would literally form a sizable forest.
16) One of my personal ambitions has long been to climb a tree that I have planted with my own hands. It is about to happen shortly. The tree is an 18 year old silver birch in my garden which has now grown to about 12 metres high.
