A little bit of me
1. I love heights, being at places high up. Mountain tops, towers, towers on mountaintops. I love looking at the horizon 360 degrees around. Love to feel the wind and hear its sound.
2. I like standing at seashores, my feet in the water, and stare at the sea for long.
3. Love traveling, want to see every corner of India, and visit all the countries of the world. Like the kind of travel where you wander on foot, meet the locals and listen to their stories about the place.
4. I’m passionate about trekking. Done a lot of forts/forests around my city, done a circuit trek in Uttaranchal, close to the Himalayas. Got a lot more of it to do.
5. Got a great wish to be aboard an aircraft carrier and fly in a Sukhoi. Drive/ ride full speed on Volkswagen's test track.
6. Played a lot of sports in school. Did swimming, basketball, tennis, martial arts. If I had to take up a sport again, it would be tennis.
7. I make miniatures/models, like to explore different materials for making them. Crazy bout stationery. I like traditional toys as well.
8. I often express myself through post-its. Ideas, expressions, thoughts, musings, stress, joy. It all gets penned down as words or drawings.
9. Like reading, tend to read more non-fiction. As a kid, started on encyclopaedias before Enid Blytons
10. Love food, different cuisines. Of the stuff I cook, I think ‘chocolate fudge cake’ is the star.
11. Love music, different genres. Want to learn the piano and the guitar. The last time I sang was in school, for choir. Now, I sometimes sing when I’m riding my bike, alone, happy, head in helmet. No, I don’t sing in the shower.
12. ‘My bike’ in the previous point refers to a no-gears scooterette. Have had it for several years now and is one of my best friends (wanna ride an Enfield one day)
13. I, quite literally, sleep with the camera next to my bed- my 9th floor house faces east and offers an (almost) unobstructed view of sunrise. Although, I don’t necessarily rise before the sun does.
14. Someday I’d like to touch a tiger, stroke its fur. I’d also like to hold a chameleon or a snake in my hand. (I’d prefer the non-venomous kinds though :-P )
15. Childhood dream was to be an astronomer. I’ve never been on a star gazing trip and would really want to go on one. Also want to own a telescope.
16. Some things I’d like to learn/do: hang gliding, mountaineering, horse riding, scrap metal sculpture, stop motion animation, scuba diving (picked few at random, there’s lots)

The fishermen are paid to take researchers out and catch cobia, and in the process these fishermen learn about the science and help us collect cobia genetic samples during their regular fishing schedules. With help from Kennedy Space Center’s Ecological Program, FWRI is working to tag a total of 50 adult cobia in Florida waters during this project. Fisheries biologists with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources are also tagging 50 cobia each, bringing the total to 150 tagged fish for this study.
Don't know how old I am here but judging by my rolls I'd say somewhere around 12-18 months.

I was tagged by Foxy Belle. I got out my action figures for this one. Two guys talking and having a soda on the sidewalk next to the park while another man is out running carrying a water bottle.
I got these men at a toy show a few years ago. I got the 2 outfits on the right there, too. Love those outfits with the tiny buttons, pockets and details.

1. I'm Peruvian. I like my country, I visit often, but I don't want to live there.
2. I am obsessed with Iceland. I have a feeling I would love to live there. Sweden and Norway are next in my "places I might like to live in" list.
3. I adore cloudy days. Grey sky, a little rain. Bright, sunny days depress me.
4. Even though I hide from the sun like a vampire, I tan easily. I wish I didn't.
5. I have very few friends and they are now scattered around the world, so I almost never see them. I don't know how to make new ones.
6. Food: I am not picky, I think. I only eat chicken and veal.. no pork, turkey, duck, lamb or any other animal.. I do love all seafood though, I'll eat anything that lived in the ocean. Except tuna fish. I am not a fan of salads either. I like the idea of eating fruit, but they tend to die in my fridge. See, I'm not much of a healthy eater. I don't like milk alone. But I do like it with my coffee. I don't like water, but I'm addicted to club soda. seltzer or whatever. I don't like butter on anything but bread. Chocolate is ok, but my true food love is everything starchy: bread, rice, potatoes, corn...they make me happy.
7. I'm 5'2" and I don't mind it.
8. I normally weight 126 lbs. and I do mind it. I once dropped to 103 and felt fabulous, I was losing hair and my period.. but nevermind, I looked great!
9. I can be sarcastic :)
10. I'm an Economics graduate with a master in Social Policies.
11. I haven't worked in 10 years. I'm a desperate housewife.
12. I would never wear: anything yellow, a skirt, a baseball cap, gold.
13. Sports bore me to tears. Really.
14. I panic when I find myself alone in a group of people I don't know. I usually end up locked inside a bathroom.
15. But my biggest fear is seeing and/or hearing someone vomit.
16. One of my high school teachers said I was 'wordy'. I think he was right.

4) I just got fired at my work at KMWE prototyping because of the bad economy. (Still have to work till the end of october)
5) Now I am looking for a new job as CNC-miller or something else. ^
6) I live in a great house in the middle of nowhere and I am very scared when I am all alone in the dark walking the dog's at night. (I watch to much horror-movies)
7) I am very lazy with working on my photo's. I still have photo's from more then a year ago lying around.......
8) I collect analoge russian and former DDR cammie's. So much love Lomo. :)
9) I have to work out because I am getting to fat, but I am to lazy.
10) When I am at work, I am 13 hours away from home and that's the only thing I don't gonna miss when I gone at the company.

1.I have recently become addicted to sunflower seeds. Dill Pickle Spitz are my favorite.
2.I'm a total nerd. I very much enjoy the board game the Settlers of Catan. I went through a period where I was playing it online daily for a couple of months. Very awesome game though.
I also very much like the old Zelda games. I don't really play video games anymore. When I was in Peru this summer I made a point of buying and ocarina in tribute to Zelda. What a dork.
3.I have been terrible with maintaining my relationships as of lately.
4.I enjoy long sleeves. I like to grab the sleeves as I wear them.
5.Spring is great. I enjoy it being warm but not too warm where I can't wear longer clothes and jeans. Usually my clothing changes during spring and I tend to bring out the headband and funky clothes. Trust me, you'll see.
6.Frosted animal cookies and Goldfish are my favorite snacks.
7.I have a weird habit with new music. Whenever I buy a new CD I ALWAYS read the lyrics a couple of times before I listen to the music. I feel as though it helps me appreciate the music more and makes it easier to memorize the songs so I can sing with them.
8.I think my dog is the cutest thing, though I do want to own a pudu. For anyone who doesn't know, a pudu is the world's smallest breed of deer, They get about 18 inches tall.
9.I have been shooting for about a year now. Before then I hated holding cameras. My mom used to give me a disposable whenever I went on trips without her and I never used them so I would knock on random hotel doors the night before I left. She never liked my photos. Seriously I probably have 100 random hotel room photos.
10.I'm a sucker for a good book. I'm not as much of a reader as I'd like to be, but when I find a good book I can't put it down. The last book to do this for me was Life of Pi.
11.I can't stand shoes. I think they're basically worthless. If I had it my way I would be barefoot 24/7.

25 coisas sobre mim? Vai ser bem dificil escolher só 25 porque sempre que começo a falar de mim, no inicio e uma dificuldade mas depois é bem dificil de parar (é que eu falo demais), mas vamos lá!
1. Viajar, Adoro viajar, conhecer novos paises, cheiros, sabores, culturas.
2. Estudo Economia, e adoro meu curso, minha faculdade e o ambiente academico em que me insiro mas mesmo assim, no minimo uma vez por semana me questiono se estou no curso certo.
3. Sou muito musical. Sempre estou ouvindo musica e cantando (mesmo sendo uma cana rachada). Gosto de todo o tipo, pop, rock, fado, bossa nova, blues etc etc etc, mas adoro de paixao bossa nova, salvé Elis, Gil, Tom, Caetano,Chico, Joao, Vinicius e muitos outros.
4. Dançar, outra grande paixao, fiz 11 anos de dança e danço de tudo um pouco hoje em dia.
5. Sou super vaidosa e super feminina, em consequencia louca por esmaltes, maquiagem, sapatos (de salto em especial), bolsas, brincos, pulseiras, aneis, sabe tudo que é de mulherzinha?eu tou dentro ahahah
6. Meus amigos, junto com minha familia são meu pilar, vivo muito para eles.
7. Sou muito "mãe", sempre cuido de todo o mundo e me preocupo com toda a gente, até minha bolsa parece kit de primeiros socorros, sempre tem la tudo é que nem carteira de mãe, ate biscoito tem.
8. Adoro adoro adoro crianças e me dou super bem com elas, e elas comigo. tenho um priminho com 2 anos e meio que é a luz dos meus olhos, somos loucos um pelo outro.
9. Sou filha unica e adoro. Não tenho irmaos mas tenho duas primas que são como irmas, a gente foi criada junto e tem uma relaçao de irmas. Sabem aquelas coisas de menina mimada e filha unica que irritam pra cacete?Graças a Deus e á boa educaçao que meus pais me deram eu não tenho.
10. Nao vivo sem o mar, não consigo, parece que me falta o ar, tenho que olhar para ele e me perder na sua imensidão quase todos os dias. (bom que vivo em frente dele).
11. Sou membro da AIESEC e tenho o maior orgulho nisso, actualmente sou coordenadora de RH e amo tudo isso. (Não sabem o que é a AIESEC?é um organizaçao internacional de estudantes que promove estagios internacionais, mas acima de tudo, uma escola de e para a vida)
12. Minha familia, minha maior loucura, do lado da minha mae a gente é bem proximo entao quase nunca somo so nos 3 ca em casa, fim de semana então é uma festa. A gente é um pouco maluquinho, as vezes me sinto num episodio de Brolthers and Sisters.

19. Moda, adoro moda, mas acho que porque nasci quase que no meio de lojas de roupa porque toda a minha familia proxima tem loja de roupa.

21. Sempre faço minha mão e meu pé, assim como os da minha mãe, tias, primas e ate de algumas amigas, e tudo na base da exploraçao (custo zero para elas). E também sempre me maquio, a mim e a todas elas para ocasioes mais especiais, porque no dia a dia sou bem basica.
22. Todo o mundo sempre fala que levo o maior jeito para fazer massagens. Meus amigos sempre me pedem, e sabe que mais?eu adoro fazer.

Fiz um intercambio para Espanha, sozinha, sem amigos, sem colegas, sem falar a lingua e sem duvida que acabou por ser a minha maior aventura mas também a melhor, maior e mais enriquecedora experiencia da minha vida. AMEI! e agora sou fluente em espanhol e tenho amigos espalhados nao so por toda a Europa como também pela America Latina ebbbbbba!
