Fui indicada pela Rafaela Turiani pra fazer essa tag e adorei.
O único problema é que 15 é muito pouco pra colocar o que eu gosto, principalmente porque não consigo escutar uma música só. Preciso escutar o albun inteiro, senão não me contento.
Sendo assim coloquei alguns dos meus preferidos e escolhi uma música de cada. Acho que pra caber tudo um top 337 não dava conta, mas enfim.

1. Hallelujah – Leonard Cohen - Versão do Beirute com Ukulelê. Uma adaptação incrível. Acho que já vi todas as versões dessa música no youtube, todos os covers, e gostei de alguns, mas nunca encontrei algo tão diferente.
2. Somewhere over the Rainbow – Versão de Israel Kamakawiwo'ole Interpretada por Norah Jones Essa música é um clássico. Depois que a Judy Garland cantou no Mágico de Oz ela foi reproduzida loucamente. A versão do Isarel tbm é com Ukulelê (Tá, assumo que amo o som desse instrumento) e na voz da Norah ficou a perfeição.
3. Green eyes –. Coldplay . Não sei o que essa música tem, mas foi amor a primeira “ouvida”se é que isso existe” hsiaushiua
4. Post card from Italy – Beirut Essa música tem um quê de nostalgia, simplesmente me encanta.
5. I need to be next to you – Leigh Nash Não sei exatamente se essa é a minha preferida dela. Faz parte do trabalho que ela fez depois de acabar o Sixpence (que foi a trilha sonora da minha adolescência)mimimi.
6. Anywhere – Evanescence Essa é super antiga e não tem nos Cds da Evanescence, nem sei se é de antes ou depois da formação da banda, sei que é linda e tem cara de filme épico.Mas não é tema do Senhor dos Anéis, como sugere o clip.
7. Volcano – Damien Rice Demien Rice é Demien Rice.
8. Stranger but mine – Tiê Acho a Tiê uma fofura e essa música é a cara dela.
9. Eisley I wasn’t prepared Foi a primeira musica delas que escutei e Xonei.
10. Feriado Pessoal - Bruna Caram Essa é o máximo, a letra é super criativa e diferente. Vale a ena ver o clipe, é Genial.
11. Dia Branco – Geraldo Azevedo Mais uma trilha sonora eterna da minha vida, daquelas que a gente nunca enjoa. Amo!
12. Who’d Have known - Lily Allen A Lily Alem merecia um espacinho aqui.
13. Farol – Ivânia Catarina e Carlos Gomes Escutei pela primeira vez no festival de música que acontece anualmente na minha cidade, desde então ela não saiu da minha cabeça. A letra foi uma facada no coração.
14. Astúrias - Composição do Isaac Albeniz's tocada pela Ana Vidovic - Minha musa inspiradora (Lindaa!) Essa mulher é muito doida, parece que ela tem 37 dedos em cada mão. Um dia quero tocar assim igual a ela. (veja o vídeo)

here's some stuff about me.
O1: I fell asleep on the couch this afternoon while the kids were playing around me... couldn't help myself, I was so frikkin' tired (John was home, so it was no big deal, honestly!)
O2: I am 31 years old, and still to this day I have never sat behind the wheel of a car! not even once, to like try it, see how it feels like.
O3: I hate eating outside, no matter how or where; cafés, restaurants, BBQs or picnics. don't know why exactly, it just bugs me!
O4: I ALWAYS recognize people. no matter how much they have changed or if they are in disguise; people I went to school with, old neighbours, celebrities, people on TV, everyone.
O5: I am bad at keeping in touch with people, even close friends I really like and would love to hang out with more.
O6: I have two tattoos, and would love to get a couple more.
O7: me and the beau are getting married next summer; we really wanted to do it this year, but time just ran out!!!

1. Nací en Málaga un 27 de Septiembre de 1971 y es la ciudad en la que vivo, a la que amo profundamente admirando sus muchas virtudes y criticando sus muchos defectos. A pesar de todo creo que es una ciudad muy amable para vivir.
2. Soy el mayor de 3 hermanos, y mis padres son una autentica pasada en todos los sentidos, son los pilares sobre los que me he levantado como persona y nunca les estaré del todo agradecidos……los adoro.
3. Soy tremendamente observador…por lo que la fotografía llegó casi sola….y supongo que el cine tambien, soy un cinéfilo empedernido y disfruto cada vez que puedo del buen cine.
4. Me encanta escuchar a gente que tiene algo interesante que contar. Una sobremesa con un cafelito por delante, escuchando algo de música y conversando tranquilamente lo considero uno de los placeres mas infravalorados que existe.
5. Desde muy pequeñito me acostumbraron a la lectura y no puedo pasar sin libros…..la pena es no disponer de mucho mas tiempo para disfrutarlos. Me apasionan Raymond Carver y F.Scott Fitzgerald por nombrar solo a dos.
6. La música es mi otra gran pasión, soliamos pasar dias enteros descubriendo grupos y canciones en casa de un amigo…es una autentica droga para mí y me gustan demasiados grupos y artistas como para nombrarlos aquí
7. Soy bastante goloso….el dulce me pierde….y por el helado soy capaz casi de matar…aaaaaargggggg
8. Soy muy noctámbulo, pero no mucho de bares, me gusta esa sensación de libertad que te da la noche, de calma, de tiempo detenido. Eso sí, por las mañanas no suelo ser persona….Zzzzzzz
9. Me encanta el futbol, aunque cada dia que pasa me gusta más el juego en sí y menos toda la parafernalia que lo rodea. Lo juego a menudo y el ambiente de camaradería que se respira en el grupo es algo que disfruto mucho.
10. Al contrario que mucha gente, pienso que cumplir años no está tan mal, es un sintoma de que estamos haciendo camino y de que seguimos vivos. Siento una pena tremenda cuando veo a alguien queriendo aparentar menos edad de la que realmente tiene.

12. Trato de no perder nunca la alegría, me encanta reir, aunque a veces la vida te quiera arrancar la risa de cuajo.

14. Me fascinan personajes como Henri Cartier-Bresson, Miles Davis o Stanley Kubrick…gente singular que engrandecieron su arte y dejaron una impronta que perdura y perdurará.
15. Albert Einstein decía: “La vida es muy peligrosa. No por las personas que hacen el mal, sino por las que se sientan a ver lo que pasa”….pienso que es una verdad como un templo.
16. La ultima…para la primera....mi novia Alicia …sin ella todo esto no tendría demasiado sentido.

A pear shaped doll is an 'idea' and you cannot copyright an idea, no matter what anyone is arguing.
From the WIPO themselves on the matter -
"Copyright protection extends only to expressions, and not to ideas, procedures, methods of operation or mathematical concepts as such."
This applies to France, Korea, and the rest of the world. You cannot copyright the idea or concept of a doll who is pear shaped, even if someone has pictures of your doll around their shop, using it as inspiration for their own project.
That is the begining and end of the argument there the Pun/Mikhaila is concerned. As it isn't a legal issue as is clearly defended above by the letter of the law itself, this is a personal issue between DoD's imagined 'offense' and Leeke's refusal to back down when legally they've done nothing wrong.
A while ago I was tagged by the lovely Twiggs. I've been meaning to do this but kept forgetting. So better late than never I guess? I am supposed to do a list of 10 things, nine of which are the absolute truth and one which is a dirty lie. Can you spot the lie? ;)
1. I am an only child.

4. I lived in a very rural area near the Venezuelan Amazon, for many years. And it was amazing.
5. I love math. It was always my strongest subject in school. I even do math now, just for fun (geeky much?)
6. I used to smoke, and I still miss it sometimes.

9. Even though I swore I would never get married young, I did (best. decision. ever)

Hace tiempo que la linda Twiggs me Taggeo (asi se diria? suena horrible) y hasta ahora no habia podido hacerlo. Mas vale tarde que nunca no? Debo hacer una lista de 10 cosas, 9 verdades absolutas y 1 mentira. Sera que adivinan cual es la mentira?
1. Soy hija unica.
2. Soy extremadamente torpe. Me caigo y me pego con todo. Toda una comedia.
3. Odio manejar, con pasion y frenesi. Pero lo hago todos los dias.
4. Por varios años vivi en una parte muy rural de Venezuela, muy cerca de el Amazonas. Fue increible.
5. Me encanta la matematica. Siempre fue mi mejor materia en la escuela y ahora la practico solo por placer (que galla!/geeky!)
6. Fume por un tiempo. Aveces lo extraño.
7. Me gusta la musica disco y la de los 80s. La buena, la mala y la fea. (no juzguen!)
8. Adoro las citas/ frases sacadas de las peliculas y las uso frecuentemente.
9. Aunque jure que nunca me casaria jovencita, lo hice. Tenia 20. (la mejor decision que he tomado en esta vida)

16 THINGS ABOUT MYSELF......Oh dear....:)
1. I have an original Sesame Street "Oscar the Grouch'' puppet that I bought in the early 1970's.
2. I have a very old(1940's) Martin Guitar that has a most wonderful tone/sound.
3. I taught myself to read before I was 5 years old.
4..I am a speed reader....and for years I read 4-5 books a week.
5. I taught grades Preschool through 12. I also taught in prisons.
6. I have a certificate in Master Gardening.
7. My favorite foods are French, Mexican, Asian, and Indian, in that order.
8. I like to play Poker, and have won tournaments ...live and online.
9. I have cared for 181 foster children in my home over a period of 17 years.(not all at the same time)...:)
10. I used to go to church with Maya Angelou...(In the '70's)
11. I was a radio broadcaster with my own weekly program for 7 years on 7 stations in California and Africa.
12. I completed courses in all phases of television broadcasting and production.
13. Between Art, Botany, Dendrology(trees), Gardening, and animal sciences, I have over 900 books. (About 500Art).
14. I think Numerology, Astrology, and such are fun.
15 I am very intuitive.
16. It makes me tired to think of all this stuff!!!!!!...and it's just the tip of the iceburg!!.:)
Here's a photo of my Tag Heuer watch. Took photos of my watches when I bought myself a new watch. This is the only one that turned out pleasant. Oh this isn't the new one.
This is not the first time I've been tagged... I'll try to come up with ten more random facts but can't guarantee any interestingness about them :oP. For the first 16 refer to this 365 shot
1) My first venture into photography was when I was 16 years old. I got a 35mm Yashica and fell in love. This lasted until the camera was stolen in Baltimore on my honeymoon... that's another story.
2) I got back into photography again, many moons later, just this past year. I use a delightful Sony a100 that was given to me for my birthday by the hubs <3 I will continue to use it until I know everything about how to use it... or it breaks. I'm a loooong way from the former and hopefully latter will never happen.
3) The picture above was taken early this year, when I was just beginning to get back into photography. I re-edited it today... I'm finding that I often like giving my photos a painted look.
4) I like change. I love moving and living somewhere totally new to me.
5) I LIKE CANDY!! All of it.
6) I am a tomboy. To the hilt. I love bugs, sports, creatures of all kinds, outdoor activities, etc. I hate shopping, and break out into a cold sweat if I'm in a group of women.
7) I love communicating this way... I just can't ever put things into words properly when I'm talking. I get tongue tied and feel stupid.
8) I have a very strange combination of interests and abilities. I play several instruments, love to draw (pencil mostly), love to read.... on the other hand, I love science, have a degree in medicine, love logic problems, and am intensely analytical.
Results of personality test always confirm this split personality idea. I'm a Meyers-Briggs INTJ, my Enneagram is 5 with a 4 wing.
9) I can't dance.
10) I'm 50% Norwegian. The other 50% includes a pinch of almost everything with a dash of American Indian and Jolly ol' English.
