The best time to stargazing in southern hemisphere around July when it was mid of winter as Milkyway bright and colourful. It was winter 2012 when my friends and I started touring from Wanaka to Queenstown and we stopped by at top of mountains, Crown Ranges to photograph this beautiful nightscapes. We all very fortunate to experience this precious moment that only happen once in life time.

Dai quasi 3700 metri di quota, la vista dalla sommità del vulcano Teide è spettacolare. In un solo colpo d'occhio si possono ammirare le stratificazioni ed i colori di numerose colate laviche successive che arrivano ad abbracciare la costa e le nuvole sull'oceano Atlantico.

On a day out with Laura in the main gallery of the museum. This is truly an amazing building. The gallery is all iron beams and glass roof, producing a beautiful light for photos and, of course, a wonderful place to meet.
