Canon touts this as: "The world's first camera of its kind to feature X-sync for Speedlites. The camera's precision and finish was high. A historic model in Japan's camera history." It's a pretty good camera and easily the equal of the Leica's that it copied. It's combined range/view finder is better. The flash bar has a quirky accessory that can be used instead of the flash gun to fire a flash on the cold shoe. So far that gadget has eluded me.
The shutter speed dial has knurling so sharp that it quickly provides the user with some tender places - just before the callouses grow. The Leica dial is a bit bigger an far more gentle on the fingers. I love them all.

Miramar 1984, a young Tomcat crew is being chased by an in structor of the Naval Fighter Weapons School in southern california. The pilots call it "Top Gun".
Ramazanlarda kullanılırdı eskiden bu top iftar saati ilanı için.. Şimdinin havai fişek olarak fırlatılan ses bombaları icat edilmeseydi hala da kullanılır olurdu. Kimbilir üzerinde ne kadar acemi topçu askeri eğitildi. Birinci veya İkinci dünya savaşından kalma olduğunu düşünüyorum. Askerlerin daha gelişmiş savaş toplarına sahip oldukça H:E:K yani hasarlı,eskimiş,köhnemiş sınıfında askerlikten ayırdığı emtiadan olduğu kesin. Biga Kaymakamlığı önündeki alanda arzı endam ediyordu. Mustafa Dıramalı ile yanına sokulmuş ve Alman yapımı Krupp marka olduğunu da görmüştük. Rahmetli Barış Manço'nun o güzel şarkısında dillendirdiği gibi diyelim.

Bom, eu tava com uma vontade enorme de passar um amarelinho.. pastel, assim.. aí olhei pros meus esmaltes, bati o olho nessa belezura e resolvi passar!
Mas olha, que esmalte difícil hein.. o ponto fraco dos tons pastéis, é que eles são ralos demais.. precisei de umas boas 4 camadas pra cobrir tudo! Mas valeu a pena :) o Peace and Love é liiindo.. meu substituto do 'Lemonade' ;D Haha

Her hairstyle caught my attention and I asked her if I could make a quick portrait. I shot four frames, this is my favourite, and then she had to rush off. The background is a pink hoarding board and the light is good old daylight. Who needs fancy equipment to shoot a graphically pleasing portrait?

Having detached 4814 and 4836 at Junee earlier in the morning, EL53 and GL103 race through Marinna (8km north of Junee) with a loaded grain train. The quaint station building at Marinna was once located on the Down side near the trees behind the small hut.
The following link shows a view in the same direction with the station as it was in 1980.
Conisbrough viaduct spans the Don Valley at 115 feet above the river and has 21 arches, a 150 foot lattice iron girder span over the river, and is 1,527 feet in length. Opened in 1909, it was part of a connection between the Hull & Barnsley Railway, the Great Northern and Great Eastern. It now carries a footpath and cycle track. Conisborough, UK.
I used a 12" round banana cake to make this Heineken bottle top cake. Letters handcut from gumpaste. Presented on an iced woodgrain/textured board.

great top, great shiny, drapey yarn, I did also a not too bad job on the knitting. So I think it is a perfect little vest.
But simply not fitting into my life.
After the knitting is perfect, I simply do not want to ravel it - maybe there is somebody outside whose life is more matching for such a nice vest?
