Canon touts this as: "The world's first camera of its kind to feature X-sync for Speedlites. The camera's precision and finish was high. A historic model in Japan's camera history." It's a pretty good camera and easily the equal of the Leica's that it copied. It's combined range/view finder is better. The flash bar has a quirky accessory that can be used instead of the flash gun to fire a flash on the cold shoe. So far that gadget has eluded me.
The shutter speed dial has knurling so sharp that it quickly provides the user with some tender places - just before the callouses grow. The Leica dial is a bit bigger an far more gentle on the fingers. I love them all.

Even though it may not look it, this town is perched ontop of a hill, I was taking the picture on an even higher hill.

Mas valeu a pena :) o Peace and Love é liiindo.. meu substituto do 'Lemonade' ;D Haha
Ele é um pouco mais claro, tem um quê de nude..
Espero que gostem meninas, e bom domingo à todas!
Her hairstyle caught my attention and I asked her if I could make a quick portrait. I shot four frames, this is my favourite, and then she had to rush off. The background is a pink hoarding board and the light is good old daylight. Who needs fancy equipment to shoot a graphically pleasing portrait?

Having detached 4814 and 4836 at Junee earlier in the morning, EL53 and GL103 race through Marinna (8km north of Junee) with a loaded grain train. The quaint station building at Marinna was once located on the Down side near the trees behind the small hut.
The following link shows a view in the same direction with the station as it was in 1980.
One could argue that this organism is too narrow - and I will grant that. I might have to make it more wide, but these were active and mobile organisms. We'll see.

I think I should call the pictures I took when I was having Chemo in 2017 my Twiggy Look as I lost so much weight. Maybe it compensated a bit as I understandably I didn't look well. I think I was so glad to have got through it relitively unscaved I celebrated the fact and rather than being down in the bumps I embraced it as I was sure it would all turn out fine.
The client wanted a new top made out of local wood to replace an electric blue, veneered particle board top.
I found several pieces of Cherry from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; about a hundred miles away.
The top is 60" by 36" and 1 3/8" thick made from three laminated boards. I rabbeted the edges of the top so that it appears to be only 7/8" thick.
The extra, hidden thickness will add to the stability of the top without changing the overall height of the table.
I could have built the frame, too; it is the same 1 1/2" square steel tube which was a staple of my old scene shop.
