Three layers in this image.

The first two layers made up of the hills rising out forming the background of the image, with the foremost hill and an RAF Tornado GR4 thrown in for good measure to make up the third layer. ;)

I like how the light differentiates between each layer too.

I was heading back from walking Archie the dog in Glen Cannich when this large thrush flew up from the roadside into a nearby birch tree. I reached for the camera and took a few quick shots, when I looked at this shot on the back of the camera I realised it had a big juicy caterpillar in its mouth; no doubt the nest was close by.
