Lets go back to 2018 when Plymouth's youngest Pointer blurs past an elder on Derrys Cross. This is quite possibly the largest age gap between two Pointer 2 bodied darts I have ever photographed and will photograph. With 17 being the eldest, delivered in 1997, and 35265 being youngest, delivered in 2007. That's almost 10 years between them!

It's a shame that between these two versions of darts the chassis went from being a rather interesting item to extremely drab with the introduction of the 4 cylinder Cummins ISB to replace the 6BT. Occasionally, especially on longer models, you can still find 6 Cylinder ISB's that have alot more life and enjoyment such as Plymouth Citybus's 08 plates. These can still get boring pretty quickly, especially when they lack a decent allison box, which is even rarer again.

The Bentley Mulsanne is a (performance) luxury car which was produced by Bentley Motors Limited from 1980 until 1992. Introduced in 1980 replacing the Bentley T series, the Mulsanne was the kissin cousin to the Rolls Royce Silver Spirit.

Launched simply as the Mulsanne, taking its name from the famous straight on the Le Mans 24 hour circuit, the Mulasnne was powered by a normally aspirated Bentley 6750cc V8 engine with aluminium alloy cylinder heads. Two SU carburettors. Although the original car was no slouch, in 1982 the normally aspirated Mulsanne was joined by the Mulsanne Turbo which featured a Garrett AiResearch turbocharger which provided a 50%. increase in engine power.

In 1987 both models were replaced in the Bentley line up, the Mulsanne by the normally aspirated Mulsanne S which would continue in production into 1992, with a further 970 cars built. The Mulsanne Turbo by the Bentley Turbo R. Although this model lacked its turbocharger, many of its other details were similar to the Turbo R, including that car's alloy wheels and interior, and the suspension was firmed up for a more sporting ride. The rectangular headlamps from the 1980s gave way to quad round units for 1989, and the model was produced until 1992.

The MG T-Type is a series of body-on-frame open two-seater sports cars that were produced by MG from 1936 to 1955. The series included the MG TA, MG TB, MG TC, MG TD, and MG TF Midget models.

The TD Midget, announced in January 1950, as a contination of the T Series Midget Sportscars, following the TC. It combined the TC's drivetrain, along with a new transmission, a modified hypoid-geared rear axle, the now familiar T-type style body and independent suspension on front axle using coil springs from the MG Y-type saloon: In addition the TD featured smaller 15-inch disc type road wheels standard equipment bumpers and over-riders. It was also five inches wider than the TC, it did run into critiscm for being less harsh than its forbears, which was due to it being market primaryly at the North American export market. In 1950 the TD MkII Competition Model was introduced, featuring twin fuel tanks Andrex dampers, and a higher ratio rear-axle it was produced alongside the standard car, with a more highly tuned engine of 57bhp again market with exports in mind, as UK buyers were still subjected to wartime fuel restrictions, and 72 octane "pool petrol".

This is the first generation Mazda T-series (Titan), produced in Japan from 1971 to 1980, in 1977 the light truck received a facelift. This is a 1971-1977 example.

The M89 MBT started its life in the early 70's as People's Commonwealth engineers got a request for a new MBT that could knock out the potent South African Leviathan tank from extended ranges frontally. Something most of their aging soviet and Chinese tanks could not. As such the design was based upon a soviet designed 152mm smoothbore cannon and the chassis was a lengthened T series design incorporating an additional roadwheel and new larger power pack. By the mid 1980's the tank began its initial trials by fire along the disputed border regions of the Kalahari desert. Initially the tank suffered from a poor fire control system and even if it did hit its shells lacked the penetration at distance to knock out the newest Mk.V and Mk.VI leviathan tanks. Along with that the South African's had made strides in newer APFSDS shells resulting in the South African's still retaining the edge in effective long range gunnery in tank duels. This resulted in the early M89's being withdrawn and sent back to the drawing board and by 1989 it was ready once more. This time being deployed to counter a SAR army offensive into southern Angola. This time though the M89 would find much greater success as it's new FCS was able to match their SAR counterparts, unfortunately their APFSDS and HEAT ammunition was still inadequate. So many crews turned to their very powerful HE ammunition to disable and cripple leviathan tanks by knocking out their cannons, engines, tracks, FCS systems and even their imaging system which resulted in numerous leviathan tanks being destroyed by their crews after the PCA beat back the offensive. The battle would cement the new tank in the PCA forces and result in its designation as "M-1989 MBT".

The Volkswagen Transporter series, also referred to as the Volkswagen Group T platform series, refers to several generations of motor vehicles from Volkswagen Group, starting with the original Volkswagen Type 2.

These vehicles are traditionally in the light commercial vehicle sector; and comprise vans, minivans, minibuses, pick-ups, campervans, and other derived vehicles, spanning over 60 years of production from 1950. Throughout their generations, they have generally been available worldwide. Its traditional competitors are the Toyota Hiace and Mercedes-Benz Vito.

Though the T1 to T3 generations were named unofficially and retrospectively, the T series is now considered an official Volkswagen Group automotive platform.
