Special:
- This first generation 2-door Coupé body Pony Car (1969-1974) was designed by Carl Cameron, built on the Chrysler E-platform (like the Plymouth Barracuda) and assembled in Hamtramck (Michigan) and in Los Angeles (California).
- Everything changed at Dodge (and all car manufacturers) when the 1973 oil crisis hit the United States. The government passed legislation (1972) requiring engines to have the ability to run on low lead or no lead gasoline. Government safety and emission regulations, and increasing insurance premiums meant the horsepower rating and size for all manufacturers was on the decline.
- Engine power was now rated in SAE net horsepower, meaning theoretical horsepower with all accessories in place.
- So this 2+2-seater fixed-head Hardtop Coupé was for now the last series Challenger, only available with two detuned V-8 engines.
- Dodge re-used the Challenger name again for its second generation Challenger from 1978 until 1983.
- They were available as this Hardtop Coupé and as 2-door Rallye Hardtop Coupé (replaced the R/T series in 1972) with a faux brake vent on the fenders and a shaker hood scoop (1972-1974: 16,437 units built).

Quite easy to see where the design idea of this MG wristwatch came from!

The Low Elevation Cargo Transport weapons class A3 is the most lightly armed of the series, featuring only one auto-canon on the engine. It is not designed to fight however, and if entering hostile areas, most always includes an escort ship. With hundreds of car couplings available, it's primary duties include wounded transport, salvage work, fuel and supply moving, and whatever else the crew attempts with it. The whole L.E.C.T. series is known for their reliability and toughness. They continue to serve the Republic across the galaxy.

Had a spare hour so I called in at Stonehenge to take a break in the sunshine. A few coaches came past including a CIE Tours Van Hool T-series; a new Highway Temsa in yet another different colour fleetname; an Excelsior Evotor on cruise work; a new Anderson Travel Futura and a Van Hool in a hurry.
Brothers - Nikon Z fc alongside a Nikon FM2. The lens on the Z fc is a Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 non-AI with an URTH adapter. On the FM2 is a Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 AI-S.
Some people have said that Nikon copied the Fujifilm X-T series with the Z fc which is kind of funny since the Z fc was patterned after the Nikon FM from 1977 and there are other similar Nikons that go back a lot farther than that.

Elmo in trouble with the law!!
So apparently Elmo (with his red purse??) was getting a bit too agressive in Times Square -- having tourists take his picture with him, and then asking for money in return. So this cop came by to tell him to settle down...
Who knew Elmo would be hit hard by the bad economy too?
(Please excuse the fuzziness of this pic! I originally wasn't going to upload this, but figured it was too funny NOT to share. And besides...ELMO himself is fuzzy, so there!)

The Volkswagen Transporter series, also referred to as the Volkswagen Group T platform series, refers to several generations of motor vehicles from Volkswagen Group, starting with the original Volkswagen Type 2.
These vehicles are traditionally in the light commercial vehicle sector; and comprise vans, minivans, minibuses, pick-ups, campervans, and other derived vehicles, spanning over 55 years of production from 1950. Throughout their generations, they have generally been available worldwide. Its traditional competitors are the Toyota Hiace and Mercedes-Benz Vito.
Though the T1 to T3 generations were named unofficially and retrospectively, the T series is now considered an official Volkswagen Group automotive platform.[1][2]
The Volkswagen T2 platform[2] is basically a cosmetically upgraded T1 (since only one vehicle shares the platform at this point, the distinction is used for both the Volkswagen Type 2 generation and platform), with a Volkswagen Type 4 engine optionally available from 1972 on. This generation was informally known as "bay" (derrived from bay window) or "bread loaf".
Flexible-fuel in Brazil (2009-present)
As of 2009, a modern T2 with a flexible-fuel engine that runs on any combination of gasoline/petrol and ethanol started manufacturing in Brazil, as the Volkswagen Kombi Total Flex.
