I have always loved album art. My father has a whole treasure trove sitting in the closet and he won't let me "borrow" his Technics turntable from way back when (I plan on putting the albums up in my loft soon). I've always been into music because of him and that glorious marvel that WAS MTV as a kid in the 80s. And growing up I always worked and had extra cash to blow at Lou's Records, Just Play Music, or whatever place I could get my fix.
I loved the art, the liner notes, the thank yous, etc. It killed me when my first book of 200 CDs (and guitar) was stolen out of my car while working at Legoland living Kevin Spacey's dream. Home owners insurance covered the stolen discs IF I sent in the album covers. At which point I went on a massive spending spree, only to find them ripped off again by the crackheads in Home Depots parking lot while I returned their stolen goods for cash. Insurance covers again and drops me. Go on another binge... Only to have that book stolen again when ghetto rats threw spark plugs through my car window. Such a vicious cycle. Obviously I don't bring all my CDs anymore (but I don't own an iPod).
Well, this is what I have left and the collection keeps growing thanks to Used CDs online for under $10. Now it's all a pile in the corner of my room until I figure out how I'm going to put this mess up on my wall.

The Mark 41 Vertical Launching System (Mk 41 VLS) is a shipborne missile canister launching system which provides a rapid-fire launch capability against hostile threats. The Vertical Launch System (VLS) concept was derived from work on the Aegis Combat System.
The Mk 41 is capable of firing the following missiles: RIM-66 Standard, RIM-67 Standard, RIM-161 Standard Missile 3, RIM-174 Standard ERAM, Tomahawk, RUM-139 VL-ASROC, RIM-7 Sea Sparrow, and RIM-162 ESSM. The missiles are pre-loaded into "canisters", which are then loaded into the individual "cells" of the launcher. The ESSM is loaded in a quad-pack with 4 missiles in one Mk 25 canister. Launcher cells are fitted to ships in 8 cell (2 rows of 4) modules that share a common uptake hatch (exhaust system) sited between the two rows. Mk 41 VLS adopts modular design concept, which result in different versions that vary in size and weight due to different "canisters" in various modules. The height (missile length) of the launcher comes in three sizes: 209 inches (5.3 m) for the self-defense version, 266 inches (6.8 m) for the tactical version, and 303 inches (7.7 m) for the strike version. The empty weight for an 8-cell module is 26,800 pounds for the self-defense version, 29,800 pounds for the tactical version, and 32,000 pounds for the strike version. Originally, one module would consist of five cells and a collapsible crane for assisting with replenishment at sea, but replenishment of large missiles at sea was later seen as impractical and dangerous, and modules with the cranes fell out of use.

My friend David's (guitarist) Rage Against the Machine tribute band "Rip the System" play a show this past Thursday night at Haileys in Denton, Texas. To put it simply, the ROCKED! It was one of those shows where I had difficulty getting my shots because I was getting so into the music. It was a great evening of rock'n roll.

Surprisely, people are all stand right side to let rush people walk fast on left side. I though that is a small unwritten convention in Taiwan, but not! That's cool! This massive, almost 10 ft long, half scale model represents an Aerial Target Unmanned System.
This model is made for trade shows. Despite its size and high durability, the model is extremely lightweight. It can be easily lifted by two man. The model is highly detailed, down to the last screw, and decorated with scaled down decals, exactly as on the original drone.
Since the model is meant to be transported from one trade show to another, it has removable vertical stabilizer and wings. The model is accompanied by two replicas of payload, packed in the individual luggage type transit case. Payload replicas are easy to install or remove.
To display the model we provided a convenient custom made metal tripod. Tripod is one of the common designs to display large scale aircraft models. However our tripod is made so it can be easily assembled/disassembled in order to make it portable and conveniently transport it. The tripod also has a removable plaque to display tactical and technical characteristics of the drone.
We provided custom made ATA transit case with custom designed interior which consist of the holders for the model itself and compartments for the wings, vertical stabilizer, tripod display legs and a set of tools needed to handle the model.
