We cut the foil on this wine a month or two ago, but decided to save it prior to uncorking. It's pictured here ready to take the two hour car ride down to BN.

Getting a little better at post processing, plus the seeing last weekend was PHENOMENAL!! I believe that small blip next to Jupiter is Europa, but I'd have to go check to be sure.
UPDATE: I checked (Stellarium) and the name of the Jovian satellite located just to the right of Jupiter in the above photo is ....
