The Redhill one way system is being converted to two-way traffic on 15th February 2015, as part of a project named the "Redhill Balanced Network" - seeking to resolve the town's traffic issues.
When seen at the end of January 2015, most of the infrastructure works had been completed.
Bollardy cone things had been placed along the central white lines, with the one way traffic restricted to the left hand side of the road only, to start to get used to the new arrangements.
When two way traffic starts, the cones will remain to separate each direction, to reduce risk while people get used to the new layouts.
Here's a shot taken on Queensway, with the junction with Warwick Road in view.

Demolition work proceeding at the former Yarrows yard of BAe Systems Scotstoun to clear the area in preparation for the rebuild of the yard to facilitate the building of the new Type 26 frigates for the Royal Navy. Once complete the yard will look very different from that being cleared, with a new shed to allow ships to be assembled from pre-cast blocks along with upgrades to the dry docks and berthing facilities.

The last vessel launched at the yard was the Type 45 HMS Duncan in 2010.

This 2nd, stronger storm system this week battered our area with gusty south southeasterly winds along with windswept rain. Our area hasn't had such a stormy period in quite a while! The worst of the winds and rain had occurred during the system's main cold frontal passage which was between midnight and the predawn hours this day. ***After weeks of dry and mild weather, wet and stormy weather was finally back in the forecast for California. A pair of storms was forecasted to bring lots of rainfall to the parched state this week, a welcome news to a state that had just endured its driest year in recorded history. The 1st system had moved in Wednesday. The 2nd stronger storm brought a much-needed soaking to many communities Friday. This massive storm had battered the Bay Area with rain and wind early Friday and knocked out power to more than 55,000 PG&E customers. But it ultimately provided the parched region more rainfall. The storm dropped most of its moisture between midnight Thursday and dawn Friday. Our area got roughly over 0.9 inches of rainfall when measured. Even after a reasonably wet February, the Bay Area would still need to see five to 10 more significant storms by the end of April for rain totals to hit their seasonal averages...
