Day is dying in the west, the last glow of brilliant colour for another evening in s suburban street in Adelaide, South Australia.

I seem to have acquired the reputation of being a sunset photographer (and have even been derogatorily called the sunset queen!) so I thought I should try to uphold that reputation!

Although I love a good sunset photo, I'm not really sure yet what kind of photographer I am. I know that portraits and macros are not my style, but I don't feel as though I have found my niche. However, I'm having a lot of fun figuring out what I want to be when I grow up!

Sunset time in the Masai Mara is always a magical time.

With the sun setting the horizon suddenly changes from clear blue to fiery red and if there is a storm close by you will see rainbow of colours all over the skyline.

Whilst on safari we always try and get to a strategic location to place the sun as it is setting for a memorable photograph. This was taken in the Masai Mara during a photography safari.

Sunset at Rancho San Antonio Open Reserve. There were some nice surprise sunsets this week in Bay Area inland areas despite being foggy in the coast.
