The subframe is now complete and ready for black top coat.
Before we start painting, we will turn the frame upside down to make sure the whole underside is covered. This is what you will see when it is tipped up.
This is one of the rare occasions when the underside needs to be better than the top!
You get an idea of the destruction from this shot. The circular object in the foreground is an engine, transmission or subframe mount, and I dread to think how much force you have to exert to rip one of those off.

Hotchkiss subframe connectors fully welded in and painted. Fit really nice and tight to the floor boards. Orange tie wraps are temporarily holding the parking brake cables up till things are completed underneath.
