The first photo I took using my new 19" light ring as a light source.

Stuff your peppers with taco meat, rice, beans, corn, whatever. I make it a bit differently every time, depending what I have on hand. Sometimes I use the crockpot and let them slowcook for hours and other times I use the Instant Pot electric pressure cooker.

Move over Chocolate Covered Strawberries...this is the version of strawberries and chocolate I now prefer.

Ok. Here are a few things I've built over the past couple months that I didn't want to post individually (more coming tomorrow btw).
The abs on the left were a potential ABS build or trophy.
The steambug was for Ted Andes' Great Steambug Migration in Brickworld.
The hot air balloon was just because I wanted to build a Lowell sphere.

The E&LS passenger special to Escanaba from Mass City was passing a trackside sign full of suggestions of ways to pass the time while in Pembine.
Although I wouldn't have minded hitting up a few of those bars for some Spotted Cows, the chase was on.
