Thank heavens for this trait, it makes handling Auntie Elk so much easier. She is quite a nervous dog and somewhat bipolar when it comes to other dogs so having her being able to concentrate on one thing only to the exclusion of everything else is a godsend. That being so, if I clock an approaching dog I just need to show the ball or pick up a twig and it immediately becomes the the centre of the world!
Measuring Seven metres in diameter this Moon Artwork hangs in the Cathedral in Limerick, when you walk into the cathedral it's a sight to behold. The Gentleman holding it up is may brother in Law.
Very happy to have my beautiful friend Avina joining me for this blog post, it was a fun collaboration and I look forward to more in the future

Camogli lies on the coast of the Italian Riviera (also called Ligurian Riviera).
This particular part, with 5 small towns (Bogliasco, Pieve Ligure, Sori, Camogli and Recco) is called the "Golfo Paradiso", the Paradise Gulf.

I shot this image when visiting old friends, and it brings back memories. My roots are just a bit north of there, but the landscape with the fat clay is very similar.
Cycling to school. Every day 15 km x 2. The view close to our home, where my mother still lives today. The land where a I worked after graduating high school to earn some money to get myself a new guitar amp and a train ticket across Europe for holidays.

Nach ihrer Frist ging es auch direkt wieder nach Ostdeutschland, um dort in ihrer gewohnt Umgebung Arbeit zur leisten. Natรผrlich wurde die Lok nicht einfach so wieder รผberfรผhrt, sondern man hat sie mit einem Planmรครig Zug in Richtung Seelze und dann weiter Richtung Seddin fahren lassen. Ein Glรผck war es, dass es ein Zug bei Tageslicht war und nicht in der Nacht. So passierte der EZ 51434 von Gremberg nach Seelze die Nordstrecke bei Hamm-Lerche.
I have always loved this sculpture and the view through its tweezer-like "pincers". I hadn't previously looked up the artist's description and rationale for the sculpture, however. I finally did so the other day...
โDialogueโ is a public art installation created by multidisciplinary artist Florent Cousineau, located on the upper plaza near the Alexandria Bridge in Ottawa.
โThe tall, slender silhouette of the workโs two-part structure contrasts with the strong horizontality of its setting. While the pure lines of these sculptural forms create space for multiple interpretations, their arrangement also evokes an exchange between two monumental figures. Their curves entwine in a movement recalling a pair of witnesses, dancers or sentinels leaning on each other for support. Light sources emanating from within the two figures create a fluid, rhythmic dialogue, inviting us to linger.
Dialogue can be seen on the upper plaza near the Alexandra Bridge in Ottawa until 2021.โ

I loved the way the sea was on the day I visited Annestown beach. It had a strong surge with big rolling waves with white horses, as you can see here. There were a few surfers out on a few of the beaches of the Copper Coast but I didnโt see any on this beach.
