Saw a guy flying these string of mini kites near the Science and Tech underground mall and stalked him for a bit to get some of these photos. I think he was selling but for some reason he didn't approach me.
If you have one of those little “string locks” that you find on jackets, backpacks and lots of camping gear, it makes it easier to fine tune the measurement, however in the future I think I’ll just use a small piece of scrap wood, with a small nail for a point and a carefully placed hole just big enough to let the point of a pencil poke through, I think that would be faster and more accurate.
This is a detail of the string art piece, inspired by the album cover "insideout" of the progressive metal band Fates Warning. It is handcrafted exclusively with nails and strings on wood. There's a hidden message there -Can u tell? :)

Attempt to make transit lines out of string. Needs more layers, just a concept. Took too long to produce before this critique. I might finish it for the next part.
