Aaron Jonah Lewis has returned to his home city of Detroit after a spell in Berlin (and briefly Nashville). He started using the CPSB name on a tour of India in the summer of 2013. The band is usually made up of himself, Lindsay McCaw (originally from Iowa, now also Detroit based) and one other - this time Luke Richardson (from Tennessee now living in Brooklyn). Water droplets all lined up like a string of pearls on a plant in Santa Cruz. My husband and I were there for a beach walk (that didn't happen...the surf was dangerously high, the day before the Mavericks surfing contest). Still, we had a long walk on the bluffs above the ocean and saw these along the way.

I was rudely awakened at 5am yesterday by a loud bang, followed by a second and then the smell of burning. I checked the house and then got dressed and went outside to check the neighbours weren't on fire... 10 mins later the Pompiers arrived with the Police. Some little fecker had set fire to a bin the the street behind min. As you can see, must have been terrifying for the family who live in the wonderful medieval house just behind that wall!
