This was really easy to make. Basically I mixed string beans with water, salt, pepper, papprika, and some onions. I heated that up. Then I mixed a can of sour cream with 1/4 cup of flour. I mixed that together and heated it up some more and walaa!

The U.S. Forest Service Northern Region pack string continues their work this year hauling freight in and out of wilderness, educating “Leave No Trace” wilderness management to the backcountry horse and stock communities, and represent the agency at shows, expositions, and other events seen by nearly 100,000 people. The pack string is currently the only one of its kind in the entire nation.
