The control circuit is a 6-bicore circuit. One each for each motor, one for the head light-seeking, and one to toggle between walking and "looking" modes. Simple, and VERY effective.

That young couple striding across Boston's City Hall Plaza seem to echo the massive stride of the figure in the foreground. But the figure in the foreground isn't striding -- it's an abstraction that looks less like a person than a cross between a dinosaur and a fighting creature in Star Wars. It's called Thermopylae and is the work of sculptor Dmitri Hadzi.
I love water striders, but they're hard to photograph well. This is my best attempt for 2015. I think I can do better next year though.
I was honored to be the official photographer of the Purple Stride 5K Run/Walk fundraiser for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and all shots labeled "Purple Stride" are from the event. What I love about this candid shot is there are TWO stories going on - the women at either end are conversing and the cheerleaders from a local high school are, well, being cheerleaders!

N78 VDW is a Scania N113CRL Alexander Strider and is being operated by Harrogate Coach Travel branded as Connexions Buses, and is working a turn on service 142 to Ripon.
Before working with HCT, this bus was with Newport Bus - and traces of former ownership can be easily seen above the door: "Newport Bus serving the city".
This side-on view shopws clearly the various angles of the front end, the styling of which makes the Strider one of my favourite single deckers. This one still retains its Strider badge as well.
A new incarnation of an original idea.
The first devices of what became the modern bicycle performed the exact same role that these Strider balance bikes. You sat aside it and scooted along with your feet.
This method of riding is the best way to learn to ride. With a standard bicycle you would simply remove the pedals until the rider progresses past the balancing stage.
These Strider balance bikes come three sizes allowing anyone between a small child to an adult to enjoy the movement and speed of a bicycle.

This is an advertisement for Stride Gum. They market their gum as being very long lasting so they designed a metro map that would last as long as their gum.

Package Design.
On the inside flap there will be different one liners showcasing the gums long lasting flavor in a cheeky and fun way.
I'm still conjuring ideas for the outside package design.

Striding Edge - Helvellyn..
One of the reasons why I won't traverse Striding Edge on a weekend is really simple.. Too many folk on the ridge.. Its actually a straightforward ridge to traverse, you have to be carefull at 'The Bad Step', where you don't fool about....
There are folk queueing to descend the 'Bad Step'...
In Summer and dry conditions, not a problem, in Winter, it demands respect..
