Some clever city architect desided to put a few big projectors on the biggest stream near Oslo, good choice :)
About
The area around the river Akerselva was traditionally home of workers that found employment in the many industries getting power from Akerselva. Now mostly offices is located near the shores of Akerselva. The river was one big sewage hundred years ago, but now the river is surrounded by green areas. The transformation has made the area more trendy, but you still find the people in Oslo talking about Akerselva dividing Oslo in a poor eastern part and rich western part.

This was my first, and certainly not last, visit to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. One of the many great features of the park are the wide and great looking streams. And all the better being able to frame one of the streams with some blooming rhododendron. Unfortunately many of the rhododendrons didn't produce blooms this year, but there is always next year.
Thanks for looking!

This shot was taken during Swat Sightseeing Tour.
Miandam is a charming hill station located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, in the foothills of Hindu Kush mountains. It is located at a distance of 55 km away from Mingora the capital of Swat Valley, and 56 kilometers (35 mi) from Saidu Sharif. The main road continues north up the swat valley and reaches the village of Fatehpur, where the road branches off towards east and runs through gorgeous hillside villages and reaches the popular hill resort of Miandam. Miandam is a very picturesque tourist spot at an elevation of 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level.
Find more about Miandam on Wikipedia.
I climbed onto a rock in the stream to take this, had to photograph downstream as the sun peaked through the trees.
This small stream remained remarkably unfrozen in winter this year allowing us this photograph. If it was frozen the comp isn't nearly as nice. Fujifilm X-T3 and XF16-55
I tend to stay away and ignore female damselflies but this one posed for a bit. Moreover I had hopes of finding a Rainbow Bluet. Instead I spent time looking up the milky antehumeral stripe and awesome pattern at the tip of the abdomen.

The Truckee River flows downstream towards the California/Nevada (CalNeva) State Line.
If you had asked residents of nearby towns a year ago if they though the river would look this good now, the answer would have been NO! Many people in California are over-joyed to see the mountains full of snow and our rivers and lakebeds raising from the "dead" again.

That flows into Thirlmere. Thirlmere is a reservoir in the Borough of Allerdale in Cumbria and the English Lake District. It runs roughly south to north, with a dam at the northern end, and is bordered on the eastern side by the A591 road and on the western side by a minor road.
Thirlmere was constructed in the 19th century by the Manchester Corporation to provide the burgeoning industrial city of Manchester with water supplies. The 96 mile-long Thirlmere Aqueduct still provides water to the Manchester area.
