2002's Capucine Silkstone Barbie
I have so many wonderful Barbie Dolls that I only see once a year if I'm lucky, and that's only because I'll go downstairs and pull out the totes and take a peek at them all. Honestly, I think it's been more then two years since I laid on these, maybe three. I was trying to see if there was anything I wanted to part with since I still can't display them like they deserve, but no, I still Love all of these beauties. I still hope that one of these days, I will have the space to display all of these dolls. Until then, it's plastic totes, and the basement for them.
It fits into the storage unit much more tidily; if not for the shipping boxes being overloaded with books there'd easily be room to put a comfy chair into this unit.
These concrete barriers take up a lot of storage space. So it's nice to have bike lanes around for to store the surplus.

Stylin' with The Leslieville Flea....Storage with Style!
This week we show you how to use Flea Market Finds in your home for super stylish and functional storage.
Popular items at The Lesliville Flea include wooden crates, trunks and vintage valises/suitcases. There is so much history to these pieces. The mystery of where they have traveled and what they've carried inside makes them special and each scratch and well-worn corner tells a story. While these pieces are beautiful on their own, they can be transformed into fantastic storage pieces!
Here's just a few ideas of things to do with these Flea Market Finds:
Group wooden crates together on a wall for an eye catching alternative to standard shelving, or add wheels for moveable storage!....You can add legs to the bottom of a vintage suitcase...or stack a few together for a terrific side table!
Our vendors always have a terrific selection of trunks and crates to choose from so grab a few at the next Leslieville Flea....Sunday, October 20th from 10-4pm behind the Duke!
Another part of the former Kai Tak airport has turned into a storage area and a multi-vehicle car park.
Cover up the machine storage area and hold your holiday company party in the garage or warehouse space. There is no need to have the added cost of a hotel or function room. Using your own space allows you to pick whatever day works best for you - the function hall may be booked on that date, and restrict you .

365 Project Day 31: January 31, 2011
Ever have one of those days where you have so much to do that they only way to keep yourself sane is to turn around and do something else completely? Maybe that's just me... It doesn't necessarily solve the problem, but sometimes I just need to reset. Today was one of those days. After a busy day at work, I had a lot on my list to do tonight, but that just wasn't in the cards. Instead I spent way more time than I'd like to admit getting this photo...
This is one of my external hard drives - currently the home to pretty much all of my photos. I have a pile of hard drives on my desk, plus a backup floating around at work right now and really don't know what to do with it all. It's kind of a stopgap until I get a new computer, but that may or may not happen soon. Either way, I really need to work on some organization system at some point before I start losing stuff in this mess I call my photography.
The lighting here took a bit of playing around with, since I wanted to add a couple colors with gels and only have one flash. It ended up being a lot of fumbling around in a dark room trying to find gels and get enough flashes in before the shutter closed... This was the best of about 20 experiments.
