Stay home and if you have to go out please wear a mask to help prevent from getting this virus. Being a survivor of COVID this virus is nasty and I don't want to see anymore deaths.
Stayed home to sleep in, relax, and work on photos. Got to watch the Giants win the first game against Detroit. To top it off, had some real bomb pizza from Mountain Mikes. Today was great.

I stayed home 1 day this week & baked bread, cookies & cupcakes. The new cases I'd bought to cheer me up were crying out to be used and various other things lurking in the baking cupboard got used up as well. Great day !
WK 34 HL: Baking frenzy day ! Walking down to the river at tea time with Pete & watching a heron, egrets, moorhen family all in golden sunlight. Immense satisfaction at sorting out my knicker drawer.
January 6
I let my coworkers talk me into taking the day off today, so instead of going into work I stayed home and edited wedding video. Yay! Fun! Blergh.
While editing, I found out my parents had come into town to work on some stuff at the house. I decided to air up the old bicycle and ride over for a visit. As it turns out, I've gotten WAY out of shape. I barely made it down Eagle and I was panting like a pug. I made it over there though, and got to hang with my people for a bit. We ended up having dinner at Sweetwater, which was actually nicer than usual this time! Quesadillas!
This evening Emily and I met with the Terrills at Banter to hang out AND watch Andy jam with his jazz trio. If one thing is for sure, I definitely learned how Andy feels about mayonnaise bladders.
After that we all drove to the Terrill's place for a night of board game entertainment. It was tons of fun! Also, if you're bored and looking for something to frustrate you, play some Qwop online! Trust me.
Took girls to Manila for the first time. After they ate the lechon (roast pig) they declared it the best meat ever. I had to explain to them that roast pork at home is "same" thing. They did not buy it.
its saturday night, i was invited to a few important parties but all i can think about was to take my heels off, my flannel pjs my kids in my arms and popcorn and watching a good movie!
when I was about 6 years old my mother was ready to go to a very big wedding so there she was all dressed up to the nines, hairdo and all, i looked at her with my big brown eyes and my eyes were watery and she asked me whats wrong, i told her i wa going to miss her!!!!!
well she looked at my dad un zipped her dress and went to her room, wore some flannels took down her hairdo, and went in the kitchen and put some popcorn in a bowl and came into the living room and asked me what I wanted to watch on television!
My father couldn't be happier to get out of his tux!
thats the beautiful memories of parents i used to have! call me crazy but thats the mood i was in when i saw my youngest with her big brown eyes who asked me to stay home!
